Kick-Ass - A mix between an action and comedy.
Iron Man 2 - Better than the first Iron Man movie.
Inception - An excellent movie with great special effects.
Scott Pilgrim vs. the World - A mix between the comic and video game references.

I don't think Kick Ass or Iron Man 2 deserve to be on that list. Not that they're bad movies, it's just Inception and Scott Pilgrim were better. Toy Story 3, on the other hand, NEEDS to be on that list.

Also, Iron Man 1 was way better than 2. Dunno what movies you were watching.

After perhaps maybe a little over a year of lurking I just had to create an account here so I could express my undying love for Toy Story 3. Perhaps Im a little bit biased since I grew up with the first two movies, but the timing was just so perfect that it seemed that I grew up along side Andy and that's why it hit me so hard in the heart strings.

But yeah, I was completely emotional through the whole movie and it was by far the best movie that Ive ever seen in a theater, and just an amazing experience overall. So Toy Story 3 wins hands down as my favorite movie of 2010.

Splice (I think it was released in 2010) - Great 'update to Frankenstein'. One of the best movies I've seen in years.

Toy Story 3 - Fantastic end to a series of movies that were part of my childhood. Bitter sweet movie, all-round, and more mature than I expected.

Kick-Ass - Rarely have comic movies not sucked, and even more rare are movies that have Nicolas Cage not sucking in it.

Iron-Man 2 - Not exactly 'movie of the year', but it managed to not suck like many sequels (as a whole) seem to. Plus the whole maturing of Stark and that hammer...mmm, yeah!

Iron Man 2 sucked in my opinion. There were only two good things in that movie. Warmachine and the fact that they played Robot Rock by Daft Punk. Otherwise that movie was a let down. Though, i didn't like the first Iron Man either. So it's just me most likely.

Inception was good however. It reminded me a lot of Ocean's 11.

Scott Pilgrim was good.

Easy A felt like all the good 80's movies rolled into one.

Predators felt like a proper sequel to Predator 2.

Resident Evil 3D was bad... and also in 3D.

Toy Story 3 had the fires of mordor in it.

Let Me In was an americanized version of Let the Right One In, and felt rushed, but overall faithful to the material.

um... that's all I can think of at the moment...

In my opinion, Let Me In was terrible. It slowly turned from a horror movie to a violent romance movie.

Let Me In is based off a the European version, which they tend to be slower paced, where american movies tend to be faster paced.

The original wasn't a horror movie it was a coming of age romance with vampires, and very little dialogue. Also, bad CGI effects never help.

Oh man. Resident Evil 5, I forgot about that movie. I'm surprised at how horrible a job they did with that. In my opinion RE 1 the movie was around as good as a zombie movie can get, but with each movie they've added to the series its just been getting worse and worse. Please, just stop. I'm begging you! I haven't seen Kick-Ass but all my friends said it was really good.

Also, I forgot about Tomorrow when the War Began, it slots in between #1 and #2 for me. I loved the series and for the first time ever, the movie didn't destroy the book for me :D

And Predators was pretty awesome as well, I liked the Yakuza v Predator fight the most, just seems like something both mentalities would have really enjoyed as a perfect battle. A-Team was all right but I found it a little hard to follow at points.

Same here. If it started out as a cartoon and it gets a live-action movie, chances are highly likely that the live-action movie sucks. Live-action Dragonball sucked. Live-action Evangelion sucked. Live-action Akira will suck (even before it comes out). Live-action Battle Angel Alita may suck. And if they hadn't quit on the idea, Live-action FMP would've sucked (especially since they were considering putting Zac Efron as Sousuke). Thank god they didn't make it.
