I know im less qualified than most to start this thread but as I was looking around this place we have been getting a ton of new members, which is fantastic but I can also see that the tone and the feel of the forum is changing (which is not bad it just change)

the purpose of the thread is for old guys to talk about the old days (threads that are now dead that we like old members stuff that happened great events, memorable bar-mitzvahs etcetera) and new guys to ask questions.

the only thread I have had banned (to my knowledge) was the monopoly thread I loved that thing, but it did tend to lead to a little bit of spam.

back in those days, it wasn't so easy. it took me a few months to hit 1000. everyone else soon followed.
for a while, i had the highest post count of anyone
back when it was counted, i consistently had the most time online

i remember that layout. they changed it a few months after i joined =/ remember the count to a million? thats the easy track to a high post count. that topic was abused xD

The first thing that comes to mind is the novel we tried to write, though I never got a chance to participate for my engrish was quite awful back then. I would read the first chapters again, but the search thing doesn't work.
