which, should be noted, was remade into "Negima!?". It is not the same exact story, it focuses on different things, and the pacing is different, etc.

As a Ken Akamatsu (writter of forever my santa, AI love you, Love Hina, and Negima) I feel i have to properly give all negima information

Anything Ken Akamatsu is 10x better in manga then anime, especially with Negima. then anime Mahou sensei negima made by Xebecs is very diffrent from the manga after the first few episodes.

A new manga series was made with the Negima characters and setting, but a diffrent author is doing it. This is called Negima!? Neo and the anime based off of this revision by another author is called Negima!? made by Shaft and Grant.

2 negima OVA's have been made with the animation styles of Shaft, but these OVA's (Summer and Spring) are run by Ken Akamatsu.

Also a live action version of Negima is being made and is going to premier on October 3 in Japan. A cast of 31 real girls picked by Ken Akamatsu with ages ranging from 12-25 i believe, and Negi will be played by an actual child.

I hope it turns out good but i don't have to much faith in Live action magic series... *sudders remember live action sailor moon >.<*

all the fall lineup anime shows come out tommorow and the Live action Negima is comming out in 2 days >.< its gonna fail and i know it but i have to watch it ^_^
