iMovie HD for the main editing work in mine, by virtue of the fact that I don't have the better Mac editing programs like Final Cut Pro or Adobe Premier for Mac (largely due to a lack of extra cash ^^;; ).

I was reading through some of the how-to guides on AnimeMusicVideos.org the other day (as I'm looking to get into AMVs myself). The guide I looked at made it seem like a long and hard process, but if there are windows & mac programs that will let you do it, I gotta wonder.

Technically I used Photoshop and Macromedia Flash for the most of my segment.

But these days Magix has been my main tool.

Vegas has a free 30 day trial, and you can just uninstall it and then install it again as many times as you&#39;d like, I think. If not you could always crack it.

Actually, I saw Vegas at Fry&#39;s the other day for free after mail in rebate.

Yesterday I looked and it was back to $60...but it should be free again, keep your eye out.
