I've got quite a list on this: (Warning: My spelling sucks so bare with me)

1) All drugs and alcohol shall be legal to anyone over 18 under the rule that if you OD and die, it your own dang fault.
2) Anyone of age to reproduce will be subject to a mental health test to see if said person if fit to have children. If not, then reproductive organs will be removed.
3) Anyone over the age of 60 will have to take a test every 5 years to see if said elder is fit to drive. Will have to use public transportation otherwise.
4) (Coisides with 3) Any person caught speeding in exsess of 15 miles over designated speed limits will be force to a minimum of 100 hours comunity service of driving public transportation vehicles specially rigged to go no faster than 35 mph.

1) I would not classify corporations as a taxable entity. Start up fees for businesses would be cheap and easy to do. This would allow for an economic boom. The individual would be taxed though.

2) College would be free, along with Health Care, Police, and Fire Protection. You must be a citizen to receive such benefits, and you must have a good employment, along with that you can only receive benefits as well as welfare and food stamps if you loose your job over lay off. If you are fired or quit, you dont get ****.

3) Four Day work week

4) Education will be a high prerogative. Nationally, failing would be set at the equivalent of a C. Teachers will be dismissed due to poor work, or retrained. There will be no unions, but teachers will be paid higher then they are here. Schools will use uniforms, and be modeled after Japanese ones.

5) Leaders can be ousted by the people if his/her work is under par. This prevents the collapse of the country into evil.

6) Work for alliances with other nations, to allow the exchange of labor between them. Nobody in my country would be payed less then $12 an hour.

7) Marijuana will be legal, but only if you are over 21, that goes for Alcohol and Tobacco in limited quantities. If you are caught under the influence of Alcohol while driving, your alcohol privileges are revoked for a year. If you are caught drunk during that time, you are put in prison for another year AFTER your privileges are back. If caught again, you loose privileges permanently.

8) Cell Phones while driving will be delt with the same as Alcohol.

9) The viewing of AMV Hell /0 is punishable by death unless you have a license.

10) Parents will have to take a test on parenting, if they fail, they can retake it as much as they want, just three times a year. If they pass, they get a child care license which allows them to not only have children, but to baby sit. You are limited to 5 children. If you end up having more, you can not abort it, you must give it up for adoption for a couple without children, ones that cannot have any due to infertility.
