My childhood consisted of going over to my friend's house and playing SSBM. We did that for years. And even after all that time we still sucked at it. But I also played Ocarina of Time a **** ton. No joke, I've played through that game at least thirty times. I can do the three kid temples in under ten minutes each. Although I've never beaten the game once. Always quit at Ganon's Castle. So yeah, Zelda and Super Smash Bros were mine.

Funny thing is, I had to answer a poll like this in 8th grade during one of my classes. Most of the boys voted Mario. I was the only one that voted for Zelda. Oddly, that's what landed me in Special Education.

Also, I suppose you could say Kirby & Fire Emblem as well.

I honestly don't get what's so good about Pok?mon. It's just people running around trying to catch pocket monsters. It doesn't look like it's worth $50. Unlike GH: Warriors of Rock.

pokemon is getting old now they need to do somthing special to revive the franchise i won't be getting the black or white which i think they should have ebony and ivory.

Argh, they are just so good. Playing Earthbound on SNES was so awesome. I loved how they delt with level grinding. Over all, I think Zelda tops out for me. I cant think of a bad Zelda game, and it is a much bigger series. There have only been 3 main Earthbound games, and 1 was released over here. Really sad.

What about Banjo-Kazooie/Tooie??? Having got that out of the way, out of the ones there I picked F-Zero X and Lylat Wars (StarFox). Obviously SuperMario 64 and MarioKart 64 are givens too but I never played Ocarina of Time past the childhood years and haven't touched the other Zelda games at all *offers neck for inevitable execution*

Aha, well then that explains it. And yes, Nuts and Bolts is not as good as the first two. Also I agree with Jinzo's assessment of the XBOX vs N64. However XBOX does have good games too, Halo/Gears of War for 360 and MechAssault/Brute Force for the Original come to mind...

Currently, Super Smash Bros. came in first, followed by Legend of Zelda in second. I would say pretty good so far.

Also, for those you are wondering why I put Others in the poll. That's because I don't play other Nintendo franchises (Animal Crossing, Fire Emblem, Advance Wars, Golden Sun, WarioWare, Punch-Out!!, Wave Race, etc.) However, if I can another poll for "Favorite Other Nintendo Franchise", I will do that in November.
