I guess I'll have to buy the game again when they come out with the Game of the Year edition with all the downloadable content and fixed glitches. A word to the wise though . . ghouls don't mess around in this one. I ran into one in the desert and was like "Oh lol a ghoul, I'm gonna' get you with my varmint rifle!", but then it was like "LOLZ I'm stronger than in the last game foo'!", and it killed me. D:

Well I was always just going to wait for GOTY edition (I haven't even had the chance to finish all of Fallout 3 yet, too much Reach! :P) so apart from the glitches, does it play like a completely new game or more of an expansion? (Kinda like what ODST was for Halo 3, same game, new campaign)

I got it too, and for the most part it plays just like Fallout 3, but with some enhancements here and there. And as far as glitches goes, the only thing Ive seen are radscorpions getting stuck in the floor sometimes.

Just to let you guys know . . I got bored and ran all the way to the New Vegas strip without waiting around to eventually get to it in the main quest (dodging all the high level enemies and getting around mountains was awful), and . . there are prostitutes. Wearing next to nothing. Nipple tape. I killed one and took their outfit. No one cared for some reason . . It's gonna' be a fun game. :D

I have FO3:GOTY and it plays just fine on my PC, if anything it would be more fixed than the console versions, and there are non-official fixes. also New Vegas lets you ADS, which is a nice feature because the old aiming was a pain >.<

idk I had it and it would crashed at random times...a lot so quicksave was my addiction when playing it

The glitches are worse if you are playing on PS3 and running the game off the internal hard drive.

Only real prob I've had is that damn save glitch on steam, lost 6 hours of game -_-

I just found a Pillows reference in this game and I almost crapped myself. There's an Asian guy named Little Buster.

I'm in love with this game right now. Obsidian did a pretty good job with it. The only thing I didn't like was that there is no noticeable land marks. Like in Fallout 3 you had the washington monument, the jefferson memorial and other things like that. In new vegas, its all made up, other than that though, awesome.

I would have thought the lucky 38 was a landmark along with the hoover damn, who cares though still awesome. My copy doesn't really glitch much, it freezes occasionally but that's about it

I've played mine a bit (pc version) and have had no problems whatsoever. But I've only played for an hour or two, once I get really invested the glitches won't surprise me. xD

so far even with the first bug patch, I still glitch a bit, but not too bad...

did anyone else notice how impossible it is to kill giant radscorpions in this one or do I just have super-armored death scorpions?

I've barely seen any glitches to be honest...

Epic game, but it really makes you think about which faction to help out. The ending I got actually made me feel guilty for my choices, even though I thought it was the good path to go.
