Hey,
here are my 2 first AMV. I need some advise to make better next time.
I work with Vegas Pro 12. I started on vegas pro 12 it has very little time there and know a lot of things about the software. Therefore, I am still very complicated to use blur on some scenes of the AMV do it without spot the overall feel of it. I encode (if it is well I think) under the Sony / AVC / MVC / Internet 1920x1080-30p format. My type of music is rather in the Rock / Hard Rock registry avoiding took everything to fall into the too classic Linkin Park and Evanecence.
Sorry for my english, i'm frensh ^^

Thanks, waiting for your answer!
Salutations. It seems you need a bit of assistance from a technical perspective.
Get your footage from BakaBT (bakabt.me)or NyaaTorrents (nyaa.se). After that, read this guide. (http://www.animemusicvideos.org/guides/avtech31/) It assumes you're going to be using DVDs instead of soft subtitled mkv files, but a lot of its info is still good. In case you're wondering, "soft subtitled" means you can turn the subs off. The subtitles have been saved as a stream separate from the video, in the form of an .srt or .ass file.
After carefully reading that guide, download this codec (http://www.videohelp.com/tools/Ut-Video-Codec-Suite). Next, look at this post (http://www.amvhell.com/showthread.php?26707-The-Lazy-Man-s-Guide-To-AMV-Editing&p=487303#post487303). It gives shortcuts on the process that speed things up and is more relevant to editing with mkvs. Finally, shorten down the template provided to:
FFVideoSource("%fp%", threads = 1)
#ConvertToRGB24
#BilinearResize(1280,720)
I'd recommend Adobe Premiere over Sony Vegas, but if you want to keep using it, get this script (http://www.animemusicvideos.org/forum/viewtopic.php?f=68&t=92426) to disable resampling. As for actual encoding, export your video as an uncompressed avi from your editing program, then encode it in Zarx264Gui.

Thanks for your instant answer. I founded a way to remove sub in my 2nd AMV. On a less technical point of view, what do u think of my AMV? Est-ce mal de conserver l'ordre chronologique du manga? Je cherche vraiment à m'améliorer! Encore merci ;)

XD im pretty sure you just pissed him off with french.
anyway. your amvs lack a goal, as with most **** on youtube its generic fighting on unsynced/unfitting music.
if youre doing a fighting amv find some actual fighting music
in the second amv the begning was decent
next would be sync, a basic exmple would be in the lyrics a singer says punch and you use a scene of a guy punching, if culminative punch you can add screen shakes to emphasize how powerfull the punch is. the audio and vissuals must fit as they made for eachother.
if you can achieve atleast this much you can move on to more complex **** like lip sync n stuff.
and finaly we have a ****ing thread for amvs, move your **** there asap.
XD im pretty sure you just pissed him off with french.
Oh, Guthix.... You say that like I hate the French. ^^

Hate to admit it, but I more or less agree with Guthix. The whole thing seemed a little messy. I understood it since I've watched Magi, but I'm not sure how well someone that hasn't would pick up the events of the amv. As for keeping things in chronological order, that makes sense, but again, it depends on how you deliver it. Anyway, I'd recommend reading this guide (http://www.animemusicvideos.org/guides/kalium/index.html) to get a general idea of how to improve on some of these things.

Ok ty i will.
Just 2 little questions:
1) "next would be sync, a basic exmple would be in the lyrics a singer says punch and you use a scene of a guy punching" Does not it make a little dumped? I made it with de word "flammes" in my second AMV but isn't it a little heavy?
2) I don't really understand when you speak of giving a "goal". What typifie? An AMV has to be badass or moving no?
And I am sorry if I made a mistake about place for the comment

not sure if i get the question, but ill speculate.
1)
if youre saying youre already synced by using the flames, that a very narrow minded outlook, first off it isnt just flames, its "lost in the flames" which in the video has no confusion/fear. no one is actualy thrown in the fire, the character simply produce it for combat.
also thats only part of the lyrics, amvs must be fully synced [70% atleast] while in your amv "lost our dreams in the ocean" -a beam shoots into the sky, the sky is not the ocean.
"day turn into night" lava pours out of the ground, at the very best thats the oposite of the lyrics.
if youre saying syncing will make the video repetive thats the issue of audio selection, if you dont have the creativity to sync and keep it diverse its prolly not a suitable song.
2)yes and no, amv type selection is important, at this ocasion its obvious that you want badass.
my point was that the lyrics were suited to the monsters who were engulfed in fire, geting beaten down, raising from the ashes. seting a goal you must know who is your focus subject in an amv, why is he badass? in your ocasion you have different characters all doing different things and which makes it hard to understand what is realy going on. no goal.
