Ok, I will be accepting submissions through drop box, email is still available for those not wanting to deal with drop box.

1) Do not peek at other peoples submissions, stay in your folder. Should you peek and we find out about it, you will be barred from submitting for a short time. Multiple offences will be cause for total banishment.
2) Once a clip is submitted, it is only to be deleted by the staff. There are special occasions where you can delete your own clip, but you must get permission first. When submitting clips, make sure it’s one you want.
3) There will be a limit to Haruhi concert clips. 3 clips for every 10 clips submitted.

'C' to use cut on the timeline then 'V' to go back to cursor, now if you are cutting a part from the actual video source then you hit the [ and ] buttons under the screen to take the part out inbetween

Ya thats what I'm doing, its not very convenient though as I have to 'zoom in' so I can work with it on a milisecond by milisecond basis which makes it a hassle if its not easily in range.

Thankfully partially aveliated by the clip in the video 3 timeline being naturally opaque to the preceding timelines below it so i put the final line on top and the spars on the bottom.

Oh and special edit: LIPSYNCING IS SATAN!

Right now I'm rearranging the clips so something approximately in sync to the lyrics but its annoying how about half of what I got of Haruhi singing is out of sync with the vocals which means I'm gonna need to somehow learn to read the audio sizmograph and start arranging the clips on the milisecond level!

You know, this is why I use Sony Vegas. It may not be as versatile (If that word is correct context) as the Adobe programs, but it easy to do, and trial and error isn't a pain in the ass, as I have found with a couple of Adobe programs (After Effects to be precise). At least it's better than Windows Movie Maker, Jesus f***ing Christ was that a horrible time in my life.

I just figured that out and was fooling around with it with a back up I made, the problem is that via cutting up and arranging the timeline I have like a hundred separate clips, how would I be able to select them all and adjust them all at once?

I figure a March 15th date is more reasonable, and gives everyone more time to submit quality clips.

well, the video I have isn't Hentai nasty, but it does go into the other spectrum (you know... how people are Blood sprinklers)... Granted that the video I made isn't really showing that (although it is featuring elfen lied) and a catchy late night song... don't really want to spoil it anymore then I need to...
