How about this one:

You get total immunity to all STDs, infections, really any sort of disease or medical problem that could be transmitted through intercourse. Pregnancy can be avoided at will. BUT You are now psychologically compelled to accept any and all requests for sex that you receive. You can put it off a bit to accommodate your schedule, but no longer than a week.

OR

You get a ring and an amulet set that allow you to exchange bodies with another person. You wear one, the other person wears the other, and you recite an incantation to cause the switch. You gain all their memories and learn all their mannerisms, so you can blend into their existence perfectly. There's no limit to how many times you can do this, and if you keep switching with younger people you can live forever. BUT The other person has to put on the trinket willingly. They also end up in your body and get all your memories, including the ones you've absorbed from prior switches, which means you'll probably have to kill them (in your previous body) in order to keep it secret and protect yourself.

That second one sounds like an impossible task, especially after a few switches. If they gain your memories (including the ones from all the previous switches) then that means they also gain the memories of how you kept killing the others as well as how you went about doing that.

On top of that, they'll know full well what their previous body is capable of. If you try to chase them, for example, they'll know exactly how far you can push your new body before it collapses from exhaustion. You keep killing your switch partner, and pretty soon you'll find yourself on the other end of that equation.

Don't forget, they're also in your body. So if you, for example, have a broken leg when you switch bodies, they won't be able to run away. Think Ginyu stabbing himself in the chest before swapping with Goku. They also wouldn't get the memories until after the switch, so you would have the element of surprise on your side, at least for a moment.
