This thread is to host a special rerelease of the masterpiece of **** known as “AMV.avi” on its 5-year anniversary that disgusted countless people back then. Now is the chance to relive, or experience the horror. It has been described as being even more vile than the video(s) that inspired it! (AMV Hell 0 and AMV Hell /0) It is being provided in its original format by me with no edits to its benefit/detriment. It seems I’m the only one who kept the original file from the creator, “EvilestDeath.”

Now, this thread is not just to rerelease old content, but to formally announce that I’m resuming production on “A AMV Film.” It was very close to being complete as for years now I have sat on roughly 30 minutes of un used content to complete this project based off the infamous movie “A Serbian Film.” Yes, that’s why the name may not be grammatically correct, but I assure you EVERYTHING in this new video will be wrong, so it’s fitting. To give me the time to polish up this old footage to be more accurate with my current skill level I have no plans to release this thing till NEXT Halloween. With that said I am also re opening submissions for this monstrosity. So, help me bring this ungodly filth out of development hell so “AMV.avi” can have its sequel. I don’t require that much support given everything I have saved up, so give your best effort, and let loose since it’s hentai AMVs. If someone’s not offended, then you’re not trying hard enough!


Submission Rules


-Outside of my personal discretion videos will have a 45 second length limit. No need to pad this time, so I’ll reserve the right to trim things if you go too far in my eyes, but I want you guys to have breathing room.

-NOTHING is off limits content wise as long as it’s not illegal. Of course primarily you’re supposed to stick to Anime/Hentai AMVs, but do I really have to tell the hell vets this at this point? Either be funny, disgusting, or both. Just don’t be boring…

- If I see ANY pointless subtitles in your video, I will beat you ****less!

-You aren’t guaranteed to get in this time, so I suggest you bring your best.

-We’ve been at this for years now, so for the love of god encode your files properly.
-Put your video out as “uncompressed.”
-Run it through the program “Handbrake”
-Upload it to Dropbox, or some other site to give to me. Doesn’t get any simpler than dropbox though, so you should go for that.

- I want to put this video out in 720p at the least, so I will be harsh if you go and blatantly rape quality for no reason. We are pretty small now, but most, if not all of you should know what the **** you’re doing by now...I hope.

Well, if you decided to halt it things would pretty much be status quo. Besides ED I seem to be the only amv tributes member still in possession of the original file, and was seeding myself a year or so back. Sounds great, however... 3 months before this thread came out I decided to turned it into a solo project and surprise everyone with it when I was happy with it because I figured it would be in very poor taste for me to yet again ask for more help with something that I was suppose to release way back in 2012 with all the radio silence I have pulled and the lack of reliability to get back to anyone asking questions. Late announcement here because this is the first I have been on AMV Hell all year maybe even longer than that. I am going through a packed inbox for the next few days. Mostly of people telling me off for being lazy or silent or dead to which surprisingly I am not dead, I just don't have a life. About the movie tho...

*The video I have been working on has it's plot (yes a plot this time) fully outlined, written with 2 of the 3 major acts in editing progress all are structured with the videos needed gathered and a few plot related clips that I am gathering footage for.

*I have a full introduction that has a few hidden messages for both everyone and those who have worked on previous AMV Tributes projects as well is ready. I even made a point to joke about how it was suppose to be released in 2012 and how pathetic it is I didn't get it out anywhere near that year.

*The first 5 minutes of "random" AMV's leading to the first act segment that's nearly complete is all in a set order ready for but lacking transitions. The in between video transitions will be the last thing I make since I am still debating on using an updated version of the last, a new type of transition or going the extra mile and making them all unique with a similar style from a video compilation I asked N.P.C.C. to gather for me years ago I have added on to.

*26 total minutes total of individual clips have been produced with only 5 minutes total of work that I didn't make or remaster myself. These numbers are if the clips are just ran back to back.

*Not a single "Chick has a penis" clip was made for this video because with a few other bad jokes that really hurt the first one. However there are a few returning jokes one specifically created just for the AMV Tributes team to see and hate me even more for.

*One video for each person already created is dedicated to what I view is a tribute to each person who worked on AMV.avi that references my favorite AMV they have made besides N.P.C.C. I have made two for you buddy, mainly because I wanted to use a Jem and the Holograms song I stumbled upon and liked on top of the one referencing a my favorite AMV he has made. I won't spoil the song or what video I enjoy but it should be obvious to each of them. I may be making more for everyone that is just what I have ready.

*The final 5 minutes of "random" clips excluding credits and wip plot related segments is in order and complete because I wanted to end it in a specific way that sets up for yet another disappointment...kidding I am ending it in a way that kills off this series from ever being touched by me again basically it removes me from the responsibility of being expected to make more unlike the previous one stating I'd be making more. I clearly am the wrong person to suggest another one, hell I was the wrong person to suggest this second one even with as much fun as I have had I have to pass the series on. Trilogy's are overrated.

*The title was changed slightly to "An AMV.avi Film" but if what I have can be used by someone with more responsible hands that can easily change back or be changed again.

*I will ask for permission to use or to make sure previous submitted clips I have received haven't been used but those messages won't be sent until I send out the proof of concept/trailer for feedback from each person who has already submitted something I wish to use.

I'd hope to be able to combine it with anything that has been worked on if it fits with what has been going on here that N.P.C.C. If not I will just finish it as I have planned, if it comes out the way I am shooting for it won't be worth the wait but it will at least be worth the time it takes to watch as I still believe the first one is. Seriously though over the past few months I have been working very hard on getting this organized in a way that creates a story worth paying attention to on top of simply making quick entertaining AMV's and Frankensteining them together in one place expected from any compilation video. I wanted it to be a surprise when one day there is randomly a trailer for this out and samples for some to view and make suggestions on which certainly will be a surprise since it won't be happening today or anytime soon but I didn't expect to see this thread when I came back to AMV Hell a few years after vanishing. I come back to update the AMV.avi links and read a message or two and instead I see this project has revived itself and have a books worth of messages to read through.

I support this project that N.P.C.C. has decided to take it over when I should have told him years ago to go ahead. I hope what he is making ether turns out even better than AMV.avi did so please anyone reading this message support him because he has the skill, dedication and passion for this movie to make it great with or without your or my help. After I have what I am working on ready they can be combined however knowing the speed at which we both work he will be finished with the entire movie before I can even send out the proof of concept videos let along finishing the entire thing. I do not have any expected release time for anything, just keep an eye out for related messages anyone who has already created and sent in content and at some point because it will be asking for permission to use your content not a request for help. I can't believe AMV.avi is 5 years old and still circulating, not only that but I am happy to see N.P.C.C. put some life back into it and revived the idea for the long thought dead sequel. Time flys when your perception of time is viewed as closer to an incomprehensible foreign concept to the mind than a measurement on a daily basis as mine remains to be. I just find weird that all came up right around when I started working on it again too, must just be the right time for it to happen I guess.

You can save yourself some time, and forget about contacting for permission. From the former tributes' member's mouths they pretty much retired/vanished off here. Trust me, they don't care as I already have their stuff submitted to me. Remember when i was stat tracking? That stuff can really pay off when directing.

I don't see how we can't combine your content, provided it doesn't create a jarring narrative in the project with what you want to do. You will have to talk with me personally on skype or something to work out the details. I'm shooting for next Halloween, so you should have time...Yes, even YOU should have time, but you have to talk to me. Lack of communication will just **** everything up.

Hmm...I'm honestly not sore, or anything about not getting a submission, but I've finished half of the video, and would prefer if i got them now so as not to screw up the pacing of the project. I'd rather not have a situation like ED went through where he got flooded a couple of weeks before release when the **** was done. Not the end of the world, but would require me to zoom in, and plug them in around a 40+ minute video in a timeline.

...And i feel so sorry for SSG, and Zarx for doing this **** all those times while having to appease the people who submitted. No wonder zarx retired, and ssg went crazy. >_> This is only my second time doing a huge one, and i keep saying to myself "Never again..."

There are quite a few references to hell 0, and amv.avi over the course of the project.

For all you haar fans he does appear in clips he assisted me with over this 6 year development predating when he rage quit hell. Some of them required both our editing, while the others were me after he gave me his log of ideas. (ex: Whore off clip was his idea, but my editing) After asking for help one too many times, i guess I pissed him off as he made a skit specifically to **** on my incompetence at the time.
