Alright guys. I'm looking around at all of this anime. And I've barely ever watched any gundam before (thank god). But I figure I'm bored and should watch one of them. I've seen Gundam Seed and the first couple of episodes of the original.

So I'm asking you guys. I'm trying to figure out which is the best one out of all of them. Which one is the greatest and why?

In my opinion Gundam Wing, great story, realy original and deep plot elements and most of all characters that are actually interesting :P

either 8th ms team or stardust memory. they both had deep character dev awesome suit designs and a gripping plot

I would say Wing also, first I saw of the gundam series and seems to have less drama from what I've heard

It had fighting robots. I think it counts.
If not my second choice is FLCL.

MSG (or 0079 - the original series)
Gundam Wing



Beyond that it's kind of a mixed bag and if you have seen the original Gundam you can't really watch Z or anything that follows after it (Minus Unicron or w/e the new one is).

Because, depending on the Gundam, there's little similar to do with E7 and TTGL is overrated and about as deep as Bayformers.

Um yea Gumdam Wing. I Can't even begin to describe how bad ass Heero is. It's all on crunchyroll if you don't wanna hunt down the dvds.

Ok I appriciate the suggestions, but I've already seen Code Geass, FLCL, Eureka 7, and Gurren Lagann. I understand that Gundam isn't anything special and that there are much better shows out there. I just have an urge to watch one of the seasons.

I'm seeing a lot of 8th MS Team and Wing. Is it safe to assume that I should check those two out then?
