Well, I downloaded AMV Hell 5 and played it in MPC with all the delicious codecs included with CCCP.... it opened, but alas it did not play. It displays a blank screen. So I used the seek bar, and simply selected a random point, and it did play, so I dragged it to the beginning and played, but to my dismay the audio is out of sync.

How can I fix this? I downloaded twice with the bittorrent and did the direct download thinking maybe the file got corrupted, but all three gave the same results.

what i did was download it in sections from youtube and then converted it over to a format that was compatable with my ipod. It may be in section but it works never-the-less.

Are you using the most recent version of cccp (10/10/10)?
Older versions had a bad version of haali splitter.

Yes use VLC, I had audio problems with AMV Hell 4 while using Windows Media Player, but no problems on VLC.

Also I searched this and AMV Hell was 2nd. http://www.google.com/#hl=en&q=This+really+rustles+my+jimmies&aq=f&aqi=g-lv1&aql=f&oq=This+really+rustles+my+jimmies&fp=ee3a8f7b842e83f3&biw=1242&bih=652

right click in the video window and make your way down to filters and tell me whats running for an audio decoder and video decoder if you dont have an Idea of what Im talking about just go ahead an name off everything in that drop down menu or better yet just take a screenshot. I have a pretty good hunch what it is...

EDIT: Huh didnt realize the topic was so old... that was pointless.

Only issues I've had, using VLC Player, is the jumps in audio level.

Get this and it'll tell you if, in the off chance, you need any codecs. If it tells you that you do need a codec to play the file, then just look it up on google.
