Effect:
1. Exorcise the spirit, cleansing it of sin and returning it to soul society. Making you better than those dirty quincies who just kill spirits.
2. Kill the spirit.
3. Severely injure/ mortally wound the spirit.
4. No noticeable effect.
5. Make the spirit stronger.
6. Make the spirit stronger in such a way that it can get stronger still by putting the mask back on.

Side effects include confusing the fanbase and convincing them you just make up story elements as you go.
