So, awhile ago I had an Idea for an AMV.

Unfortunately, shortly after finishing a rough draft of mine, Chill showed me this: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gLl0Pf74EEc&feature=related.

So, I ask: Are they too much alike for me to ever use mine in anything? If so, any suggestions for ways to change mine to make it different?

One way you could make it different is to make it look like she's actually playing really fast, though that could take quite a bit of editing as far as I know.

ya, I was thinking of doing that, but after I did, it looked TERRIBLE.

A few comments. Sorry if they aren't what you want to hear.
1. The speed could improved which was already commented on.
2. Did not care for the grunt at the beginning of the audio.
3. Should have stopped after the "It's divine" phrase.
4. The other video audio was a better fit.
5. The subtitles made a funny joke up till her last comment.

maybe cut to scenes from other shows with people committing suicide or planets exploding etc.
