After hours of research, I have found out some statistics of all AMV Hells [1, 2, 3, 0, CE, 4, /0, and 5] and AMV Minis Season 1 [1-11 +X1 and X2] together as a whole. Here is some stats I found through all the Hells and Minis so far:

There are 1306 total skits so far
390 different anime have been used
23 different anime have been used 10+ times
31 skits involved more than 5 anime [example: Dethfam skit in AMV Hell 5]
258 skits came from AMV Hell 5

I have more, but I'll save that for tomorrow =P

Azumanga Daioh has officially broken the 100 skit mark overall; broken 30 skits in just the Minis series.
Azumanga Daioh also overtook Evangelion for the lead in total number of skits for the Minis alone [Evangelion had the most skits in Season 1]
Panty & Stocking are in the lead with most used in Season 2 so far [4 skit lead]

I don't remember you saying that, but that's fair enough. I was just pointing out that you CAN find some other footage if you look hard enough.

One think that you could do is count them as ".1" if they are anything less than a 5th of a whole skit. Sometimes the anime in the ones labeled "various" can't be identified, but you could use that for ones that you do know the name of. :}

Main problem for me are HQ DVD rips, and almost every guide for them that I can find are usually for Windows, and HQ video-format converters... And, unless I get some extremely fancy and expensive program (For example, Final Cut), I don't notice too much of the difference in our high-praised editing software.

You have to realize I had those stats before season 2 came out, so Mezzo Forte and Bokurano's new appearances were recorded at the time.

As for Mai Otome, you are right about that one. In AMV Hell 5, it was the OVA of Mai Otome [Mai Otome Zwei], and somehow I missed that one. With over 1400 skits total, something was bound to mess up lol.

Yes, Haruhi-chan counted towards regular Haruhi skits since they are based off the same series.

Another thing I've picked up.....

Berserk and Azumanga Daioh are the ONLY TWO anime that have appeared in every single video (including CE and the hentai AMV Hells) and both seasons of Minis.

Azumanga Daioh isn't a surprise, but Berserk.....it always manages to nudge its way in, somehow. SSG appears to like the show, judging by the fact that almost all of the Berserk clips were done by him.

Evangelion and Cowboy Bebop both appear in every video (and both seasons) except one: Evangelion was not use in the very first video, and there is no Cowboy Bebop in /0.

What is the longest clip? Is it the "Euphoria" parody in AMV Hell 3? The RahXephon clip in 0 (also a Euphoria spoof) is 50 seconds long or so, and the "Kimbo Slice" Pokemon clip in 5 is about 40 seconds.

I am just curious, partially because I have an idea for a RahXephon clip that would be about a minute long. It seems like it would not get into the minis, but I wonder whether SSG would go for it.....

I'm guessing the shortest one is that "Hey Hey Hey!" clip in 3 (which I sometimes forget about. I'm often too busy laughing at "Fingerbang" to notice it.....).

For the first time ever, episode 5 do not feature any more than one overused songs/audios except for "Can't Touch This."

"Stop! Hammer Time!" and "Can't Touch This" have different parts of the same song. In Hell 5, this song has it, but with mixed with "Ice, Ice Baby" from DJ Hero. Therefore, it didn't count as an overused song because they are relatively different.

I'm maybe wrong to you, hosokawa37, but that was my proof.

Out of my own curiosity I ran some tallys that I put into percentages to average out extra the 35s and clip length, thought not let it go to waste and post it. I might be be off .01% but not like it matters. Is it a fair statistic? Meh... not really, only did cause both of them were similar in length but also have 10 clip difference.

That's the 80% reason why those are considered ****ty by me. I, personally, don't like it when bright and colorful picture (e.g. Dragon Ball Z) gets interrupted by a dark, almost desaturated picture of Death Note. And, btw, 90% of Death Note skits are boring. The colour of an image in movie (not only anime) is a very important psychic aspect and here it sometimes just tears your brain apart. IMHO.
(To make my AMVs look good I did a hell lot of color tuning myself so I know it's hard to do)

By personal favorite in amvhell5 is "when I'm cleaning window" :)

And yeah, I'd like to see less of "TOP20" titles in future AMVs (but this concept ruins most of anime character-based jokes).

1st place editor= 6pts
2nd = 4pts
3rd = 3pts
4th = 2pts
5th = 1pt

winner gets an extra point obviously as a reward for getting the most points. in the event of a tie, point(s) are spread evenly between the tied members.

Since I'm on spring break, I'll actually attempt to keep this updated as I work on this aspect of AMV Hell stats

I finally got to do some research with the release of AMV Hell 7:

In the Hell's alone, there now has been 1,376 total skits, and 506 total anime have been used (does NOT include anime that have been used only in skits credited as "Various," such as Love Live. Also, related anime get grouped together. Examples include A Certain Magical Index and A Certain Scientific Railgun count as one series; Fate/Zero and Fate/Stay Night count as one series; all Pokemon seasons/generations/movies count as one; etc)
