I just got amv hell 4 from a friend of mine on my laptop, but it won't play correctly. when i try to play it, the sound works fine, but the video doesn't synchronize correctly with it. the video starts out ok, but then it's a second or two behind the sound, and before i know it, the video is way behind. would anyone possibly know what the problem could be? if anyone could either respond to this, or better yet, send me an E-mail about it, it would be greatly, GREATLY APPRECIATED. thank you

What are you using to play it? It sounds like the player's having a hard time keeping up with all the data.

Are you using the avi or mp4 release? I think the MP4 version will require a stronger computer to play smoothly. And of course, as mentioned, the player also matters. VLC works great for me on all my computers (fast and slow).

When I first downloaded AMV Hell 4, the sound worked, but there was no visual at all. I about freaked, but then I had the idea to try it with a different player. Sure enough, I right-clicked the file, chose "Play with...", went to GOM player, and boom, worked like a charm.

I've seen Windows Movie maker among my laptops files, but have been unable to access it. Is it a program for watching movies or making them?

Making. That's where the "...Maker" part comes in. =P

Nothing is working for me. I tried the torrent multiple times; but my Quicktime and iTunes won't take it.

Describe your problem a bit more than that and I might be able to help. What kind of OS are you using? What kind of computer? And what exactly are you trying to do? Your description's a bit vague.

If you're trying to open the torrent file in Quicktime, that's not how it works.

You need a bittorrent client (you can probably find a free one on your favorite shareware site.) The torrent file gets the bittorrent client to download the actual file.

Then, the actual file is what you stick in Quicktime or iTunes or whatever.

Hey, this stuff is all new to me, too...you might do better just downloading the one at animemusicvideos.org.

If your trying the .torrent file, you'll first need a torrent client, as the guy above me described. If you have the .MP4 file, I recommend trying VLC player: http://www.videolan.org It plays just about anything.

AMV Hell 4 plays right.. but if I try and skip ahead it stops playing. I don't want to have to watch through the whole thing every time I wanna watch just one part. I use VLC Player and I have a very good laptop.
