Why Do People Capitalize The Beginning Of Each Word In Their Sentences? I've Never Understood That And It Looks Ridiculous.

I Totally Understand. There Are Some People Who Use No Capital Letters, And Others Who Use Too Many. Can't We Just Use Proper Grammar, Please? It's Faster And You Won't Look Like A Second-Grader.
