Yesssssss! I'll probably be the preson kicked by Zarxrax for this post but whatever- i'll play the dumb villager part.I'd like to ask you where do you get your videos(i mean without any crapy stuff on it and with good quality).Second thing is - which program is easy to use(for instance : can i use windows movie maker?).IF i actually make it to see the responses i'll thank everyone.

P.S: I didn't see any topic about making amv and i really want to make some.

get FRAPS
go to youtube (doesnt have to be youtube)
find a RAW of the series you want
find the highest quality possible video of what you want
buffer in highest pixelage
fullscreen
record the parts you want

trust me, no one will ever know that you recorded over a youtube video, and you really dont need to download the whole episode in RAW just to get what you want to edit

and thats how I get my clips for making AMV's

the one exception is I will download a whole torrent of a show in raw that I really like.

Yes, this is exactly what Zarxrax recommended not to do.

Fraps is a horrible way to rip video and it really should not be used. This is because it simply records the screen rather than accessing the ACTUAL video data.
Think of it like, instead of copying an mp3 file and sending to to your friend, instead you use a microphone to record the audio coming out of your speakers. Somewhat similar concept.

Also Zarxrax recommends using Magix movie editor. Im often using it myself. But its not the easiest video editing software.
