The following two are the best VNs you could ask for:
Demonbane: You can **** the Necronomicon and the main character pilots the strongest being in all of VN and anime history.
Fate/Stay Night: The best of the VNs, in my opinion. Great story, great characters, and a great concept. Not to mention that you can have sex with king Arthur

As for some other, translated VNs: Chaos;Head, Sengoku Rance, Kanon, Tsukihime, and Koihime Musou. All of which are for windows.

definitely play Fate/Stay Night cause it's a lot of fun.

I personally enjoyed Crescendo for its incorporation of ragtime as leitmotif and tsukihime was pretty damn awesome.

Also play bible black

what other OSs could these games be for besides Windows? there is almost no presence of Apple products in Japan, and I doubt they would use Linux anyway, so the obvious choice is Windows right?

It's funny because everybody in the video will never get laid. The people doing the segment have a personality like sandpaper and resemble homosexuals, and the kid who married the pillow, well, he won't be gettin' any real sex from his wife.
