YouTube no longer carries it, but when I tried to report it, it said something about too many images, so can a staff member go in and delete it? Thanks. =D

maybe you can't report it coz it no longer exists.

No I've been able to report MANY other videos that were no longer being hosted. That's the option I picked. I got an error message. =\
