Soooooo me, my little fox and her sis went to see X Japan in concert saturday. And we had the most awesome times evah in a while :D

I went to a Cage The Elephant concert. The most entertaining part was when the singer fell off the stage but it was still pretty good overall.

The most recent concert I've been to was Blind Guardian with Holy Grail, but I think the best one I've been to was Sonata Arctica with Nightwish.

Never been to a concert...none of the bands I listen to tour the U.S. very often >.> Would love to see Lordi, Maximum The Hormone, or any good folk metal band, like Eluvietie, Finntroll, or Turisas live. Would probably be a hell of an experience.

Sad to say no ;w; they didn't realy hand out autographs after the show.
Maybe partly due to the fact 3 people got injured when Yoshiki jumped into the crowd 8'D. I'll link the rest of the pictures and some vids of the show whenever I have more extra time btw :P

hmm...I'd like to see Within Temptation in concert...not Nightwish though, they're just not the same without Tarja. I also had the misfortune of buying the End of an Era DVD and it ruined me from ever wanting to see them live...it was just aweful

Yoshiki is the Drummer and co-founder of X Japan :P
and he stagedived at one point and the front barriers gave way which in turn caused several people to more or less get pushed over. Don't realy know the full details of it but apparently one person's face had taken a beating and 2 people sprained/broke their ankles

There was a tour recently that included Korpiklaani, Finntroll, and Ensiferum along with some other Finnish bands in the U.S. I forgot what it was called though. Also Turisas tends to tour the U.S. on occasion. I think the last time was actually with Dragonforce and Powerglove.

For concert dates, I either go to Live Nation, the website of the band you want to see live, or a local venue's site. As for tickets, I go to Ticketmaster for local concerts and StubHub for anything else.
