It's about this 13-14 year old kid, named Kosuke Ueki, who has a power from a God Candidate, and he and his friends are entered into this battle to determine who gets the Blank Zai (Blank Talent), and they get to pick the next god from any of the 100 God Candidates. On his jounrny to prove his, and Kobasen (Kobayashi)'s justice, he faces many strong opponents, and gets many friends. And he changes everyone he meets for the better. I shall not say anymore, otherwise I could give away a huge spoiler.
But you should defently check it out. ^^

I somehow doubt anyone would have it, it's not that popular, though it has been dubbed. I only know one fan of it, who got me into it. But there is always torrents, I downloaded it in a night. xD

Never seen the dub, but original is almost always best anyways. Plus, I don't think it'd be possible to find the dub on torrent.
