Can you produce the footage yourself by playing the game and do you have a capture device at your disposal?

I own the game, and I do have a digital camera with video. But like I said, I need AT LEAST decent quality, not piss-poor quality >_>

Wait, can you capture the footage with it or are you stuck pointing it at the T.V.?

1: IF your camera has "AV input" then its possible to do that with some "Y" cables and audio couplers.

2: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000VM60I8/ref=ox_sc_act_title_2?ie=UTF8&m=ATVPDKIKX0DER

I ordered this and it works perfectly. Keep in mind though that you'll need to purchase 3 Audio couplers (female ends), 3 Y cables (1 male and 2 female ends), and another set of RCA cables. (3 Male ends on each side)

Hope that helps.

You don't need ALL of the cables but it's better to do it that way imo for organization purposes. I think the vid explains it well enough.

I'll have to go as cheap as I possibly can. A. I live on government welfare, so I don't make lots of money. B. I have waaaaaaaay too many other things I need to buy as well and C. If it costs too much, it's probably not worth it.

Well, the capture device gets the job done and is pretty much the cheapest one you can get a hold of as i myself am not made out of money and couldn't care less about HD quality. The other cables you will need are pretty cheap also. I'd estimate all together that it would be another 10 bucks for those.

ehh capture cards are like candy... buying one will set you back about 20 bux. See if you cant find a PC enthusiest around your area that packrats old hardware one of them would be happy throw a card at you for free hell I got like 5 of them laying around the house.

Hmm seem like newegg's all out of stock on the cheap tuner/capture cards anyways this might help you out.

I know that the walmarts and bestbuys are carrying dazzles but their not exactly on the cheap side, Its just an option if you dont wanna do any online shopping.

While we're giving you this advice, you might want to be sure to check if your camera has AV input via it's settings menu. You're in business right there if it does.

Ha walmart online actually carries a sabrent card this might fit the bill if you wanna do some online shopping and can deal with some composite inputs (yellow red white).

seems like my camera has A/V input. I'm able to connect it to the TV and use it to show my pics on the TV

*edit* and how hard is it to deal with composite inputs? red goes in red, white goes in white, yellow goes in yellow. Not that hard to figure out :P

oh right. OUTPUT. makes sense. I'll check to see if it has INPUT :P Really would help if I knew where the user manual is >_> And I am KINDA picky on video quality, although overall I don't really care as long as it isn't terrible.

Boots up capture card....

It will look like this nativly BTW this is just S-Video outputed from the graphics card back into the capture card.
Your expierience and quality will vary from brand but it will always be 640x480 output.
If you want a console test let me know.

You can get away with using a camera and tripod with a nice dark room and proper contrast settings. If you can get control of manual focus set it off a bit so you dont get the moire effect from the TV's pixels.

Yeah, that can work but this is going on the assumption that your camera above average in performance. Even then, the balancing and lighting you'd have to do might drive you insane.

Ehh.. Thing with sabrent is they switch out chipsets for their models much like many other companies do hence why that walmart pic dosnt have a logo sticker on the ground shield but regarless the build quality is the same as any PCI card... thick PCB with stuff solderd onto it XD

That card will either have a conexant or phillips for its chipset.

If you need a capture card this is a relatively cheap capture card with recording software I use. http://www.ezcap.tv/ *ships to US and EU.

Some of my videos recorded with it.

It is in a physical sense... It just doesnt have a sticker on the shield stating its identification.

kinda like how this is

Of all the video game clips, the only ones I really like are that "Dance Epidemic Tonight One" and the one using "Kodachrome" in 5. Never really play video games, so it doesn't have much appeal to me.....
