Remember to support the creators at some point as well. But www.thepiratebay.com is good for that. They usually have softsubbed videos more often then not with duel audio so you can toggle the subtitles on and off when putting them in a video creator.

or just do the REALLY REALLY REALLY simple thing of typing in "One Piece RAW" or "One Piece Episode # RAW" into google. Works 100% of the time.

(Cuz its only dubbed till episode like 200 something in English but subbed in English to episode 509 (I think thats the latest episode)

I usually just use The Pirate Bay. But if possible I suggest you buy them. Then again if you could do that you probably wouldn't have made a thread about torrenting them :P
