It's from Seikon no Qwaser, she's a nun, taller and more muscular than any guy in the show (Though the only guys in it really and a 13 year old boy, a priest with an eyepatch and a few bad guys), she could probably break your pelvis for just looking at a girl

^If I remember correctly she has a large chunk torn out of her side and is missing at least one leg, too.

Miyazaki, not being a huge one for gore (or at least being hesitant to show anything much after we see that "fire demon" rot...yeeesh) never shows us quite exactly what those dreadful things are.

And I just realized...husband....wedding night...where the action takes place on the wedding night...it's slightly creepy to think about.

But personality-wise she's also someone I wouldn't want to be friends with. Or date, as a matter of fact. I would be friends with Nausicaa if she were real.

Edit: By the way, is Black Lagoon worth my time at all? It looks entertaining.
