Azumanga gunshot death for me

A second one for the gunshot death.

this time it came down to two Azumanga ones: the Pokemon cross-over and the Bananaphone. In the end, I had to go with the former, even though I think the other one made me laugh harder.

After much deliberation (and two vote changes) I'm sticking with the Transformers thing, mostly because I was so caught off-guard by that clip, and I really like that song.

Anyway, this probably my most difficult choice yet, but at least all the alternatives were from Azumanga Daioh - the cat chorus, Bananaphone, the gunshot/fall death, the Pokemon crossover...all of them were really great. In the end, I went with "Shout your lungs out".

Quite a few good ones here. The toughest round yet for me.

I liked "Viva Forever," Utena's "Sex Machine," I LOL'd at Azumanga's "The One and Only" despite its simplicity, thought Inu Yasha's "Hound Dog" was well done, LOL'd again at Golden Boy's "White Girls" and Naturo's "La Cucaracha" (both also extremely well done) and the "Cat Orgy" and "Bananaphone" too (South park + anime = funny pretty much no matter what).

But in the end I chose "Shout your Lungs Out." It captures the spirit of the anime well and I was a big Doug fan back in the day.

Utena's "Sex Machine" would have come in a close 2nd. :-\

I also always just thought that was Chiyo crash-landing. I prefer to go n thinking that. It got my vote, since it made me fall off my chair the first time. :D (I crashed, too!)

If you'll permit a little grumbling, I don't think this round is strictly fair. There are five BRILLIANT Azumanga clips that all deserve to be finalists, so the Azumanga vote is being watered down by everyone who likes them picking different ones...meanwhile, teabaggin' is winning the vote so far...
