Within the next month i am planning on Opening a new Web community that I am hoping will take off and become one of the greatest communities ever to see the internet.

I want to ask permission to host all 4/5 of the AMV Hell videos on the site through a flash player, and i want to ask permission to continue the AMV Hell Genre, seeing as AMV Hell 4 was the "last one"

As a side note does anyone know the legal situation behind lolicon.
Is lolicon considered legally to be child pornography? cause if so i won't be able to host 0

TOOLS TO END THE EXPLOITATION OF
CHILDREN TODAY ACT OF 2003
section 2256
so that subparagraph (B) reads as follows:
??(B) such visual depiction is a digital image, computer
image, or computer-generated image that is, or is indistinguishable
from, that of a minor engaging in sexually
explicit conduct; or??;

Entertainment is entertainment either way... if some one will watch it someone will make it...
I've watched all of 0, 6 times, and i have had it minimized to listen to the sounds at least 10 more times with occasional peeks at it when i couldn't remember the video for the sound clip.
Besides morality is on an individual basis and I choose not to have any morality
Ethics on the other hand is the combined and excepted morality for a society and 0, isn't exactly ethical, but I am not going to tend to any one group so I am ignoring ethics, i will be kind enough to place disclaimers but that is all
