Take it easy, at least your not buried underground in a plexiglass box with a bomb under it and a stupid annoying light that keeps flashing on and off. NOW THAT would ruin everything.

Here is a relaxing excersize?: Go onto your lawn. In a bathing suit. THEN! roll in a counter-clockwise motion around a rock. AND! pretend your swimming up from the bottem of the ocean. Ignore the utter fear and panic of not making it to the surface before your air runs out and concentrate on the white light.
