Well, if we listed them all, we'd be here all night, so just post your top pick. Any character from Family Guy or American Dad. For me it's a no-brainer', Roger from American Dad. He's pretty much the only reason I watch the show. I ALMOST picked Stewie from Family Guy, but I've gotten kind of bored of his antics. Hmm' . . . Would a "Roger + Stewie" show work? Um' . . probably not, bottom line is I pick Roger.

Yeah, i would have preferred a spin off where he returns to his home planet. Unfortunately that would just make american dad fall in the funny. The characters are decent but roger is that extra "kick" where Cleveland in family guys case wasn't that relevant.

I think Seth wanted to try and cash in on African American media, and The Cleveland Show was his shameless attempt to do that. I wonder how many black people actually watch the show? Of course, I could be wrong, maybe he honestly thought Cleveland was popular enough to deserve his own show, but if that's the case then Seth should check himself into a looney bin.

Seth can be rather self indulgent in that manner. I personally watch how brian acts from episode to episode and you can tell it's basically him in dog form. I wouldn't put it pass him to attempt a quick buck off a something like that.

Brian's character is so painfully liberal, I can't stand him. The only times Seth can make Brian look good is when he's pitting him against people who are even more extreme, like I think there was one episode Brian was arguing with some book burning Christians. He's tried to save the character by having Brian admit he's far left, and later having him be buddies with Rush Limbaugh for most of an episode, but it's out there, we all know what Brian's about.

No offense to Snoop Dogg, but is he still relevant enough to speak for black people? I think he was just trying to be funny, but either way he's probably right.

Brian's character isn't THAT bad most of the time. He's quite tolerable compared to the rest of the griffins and i enjoy him most when he's with stewie .
Him being a huge liberal is a double edged sword as far as i'm concerned. We got gems from that like the weed episode and crap like the episode with the book that really messed his character up...

Do you know what really messed up Stewie's character for me? The episode where him and Brian were stuck in the bank vault. Some people like to think that episode was deep and developed their characters more, but I just think it was highly disturbing and not needed. Family Guy is quickly turning into a serious series instead of the classic animated comedy it used to be. That recent one with Quagmire's sister proved that. Family Guy can't keep up with American Dad in terms of comedy, so they're trying to be the "serious" show and it's ruining everything.

Serious, that vault episode was one of my favorites from the whole series. >_> So, i'd have to say i'm with that group. However, you are right, things are getting a bit too serious. That episode with Peter's kidney failure....yeeaah. Anyway, i saw the ep with quagmire's sister and i thought it was fine. They were serious but relied on dark comedy and i liked the balance of it in the episode alot. Sometimes, it just doesn't work out though i'll admit.
