I dug out my old post, and it was way back on page 11! I can't beleive i've been here so long,,,but i guess that's why i'm an elitist now, eh? anyway, since i don't want a pure copy/pasta, i'll go into more :)


I'm a writer..or was...is? ( shrugs ). I like to write from time to time, and thus, I have about a bazillion internet name generators, notebooks of ideas, books of baby names, etc. My favorite is seveth sanctum if you need a wacky name generator! Everytime I come across a name I like, I use it to make a character, whether it be for a story, a DnD character, or for myself is another matter.

In my more deluded states, I often imagine all of these names as seperate "beings" of my identity, and they sit around a round table located inside my brain. So, for the details:

My full name is Victoria Jeane DeMinico. I was named after family, though I don't even know who anymore. "DeMinico" is a fun name; spell checker changes it to "demonic" which i LOVE. It's supposed to be italian form "De Minico" or "of Saint Dominic" our family's patron saint. If you ever go to Italy, my ancestors were sculptors who built several statues/chapels, so our name is on some of the architecture there.

My family used to go nuts trying to spell my name aas "Vicky" as none could agree how to spell it. I have seen so many ways; "Viki" "Vivky" "Vicy" "Viky" "Vicki." They finally agreed that my nick name would be "V" as that as the only common denomitor. Iwas teased terribly when "V for Vendetta" came out lol.






In my mind's round table, Vicky is my "seductive" side, and "Jeane" is my BDSM/kinky side. Vicky likes to be dominated, and Jeane likes to be one to dominate... Figures, right? These two selves are my front mask, and are thus my actreses. They represent my love of theater, deception, magik, and the like. This persona wants me to be an actress/prostitute.

Odessa Silverburg is the name of the underground resistence leader in this book turned video game. She was childhood hero of mine, a woman of courage, honor, and bravery who gave her life for her beliefs. She's the one who

She can be stubborn, but loves freedom and equality. she's the persona that wants me to go to school to get into politics and save the world.

3. June (from baby book)

June was a name from a baby book, yes, and i've used it many times since then. Her name usually ends up for thieves, travelors, and wild spirits. She's the part of me who loves to fly and wanted to be a pilot.

June is my wild side, my wanderlust, my so called "gypy blood." She's the voice who tells me that i need to move, go somewhere, do something. She's the eternal kid, who loves to play games, and enjoy life.


4. Lady Kytera (given to me by one of my bestest friends, Misty)

Lady Kytera was given to me by my friend, Missy. Lady Kytera was the name of one of her story characters, and when I expressed my interest in it, she "gave" it to me.

Lady Kytera is my maternal side; she's the part of me who loves playing with kids, the one who is dying for a wedding ring, the part of me which wants to settle down. She's the persona who wanted me to become a teacher, to work with children.

5. Cecilia Dentramont (emerged from the depths of my mind one day.)

This one is the most random. I recall writing a story, and needing a name. Nothign was working that day, and I was frustrated. I sat there in my chair, staring at the moniter, and the name popped into my head. It's like she just showed up and made herself comfortable in my mind, and she's never left.

Cecilia is calm, collected, and determined. She represents my writing, and my creativity. She is intrigued by writings, anime, and other media forums as they give me new ideas. She's the part of me that wants me to be a writer, as well as a cook, as i can express my creativity best.

Spa'a Zephyr Guy is completely and utterly insane. He was abandoned in a gutter and found by a crazy cat lady, through whom he developed his fear of cats. He also has a tendency to overreact.

Gene Rick Guy is Spa'a's brother. However, he was the one their parents kept. He's the stereotypical American. Yeah, that's a good summary.

and, of course, there's Issitheus. He's the cool, friiendly guy that everybody knows. He's the quintessential "Joe Cool" of me.

My name is a combination of "ninja" and "simo". Simo being a typical Finnish name (isn't my real name) which started as an inside joke (it was just plain old simo at first). I sat there in my chair, staring at the moniter, and the name popped into my head. It's like she just showed up and made herself comfortable in my mind, and she's never left.

Cecilia is calm, collected, and determined. She represents my writing, and my creativity. She is intrigued by writings, anime, and other media forums as they give me new ideas. She's the part of me that wants me to be a writer, as well as a cook, as i can express my creativity best.

Cecilia is a mixed blood of asian/white origins; her face is very much asian, but quite pale in comparison to other asian amaericans. She has jet black hair and black eyes. She dresses in form fitting jeans, boots, and is never without a cardigan sweeter

Maya: Maya is my conscience, the goody two shoes in all of us. She's very spiritual, and is not shy in letting you know about it. She rides on a high horse, and influenced me growing up to want to become a nun.

Maya is of mexican descent, and dresses in white flowery dresses. she has curly black hair and brown eyes.

Demonica: a Play on my last name of DeMinico, she is the dark side to Maya's good. This is my wrath, anger, jealously. She resembles something of a tiefling/demon/gargoyle; take the reference of your choice. Winged, claws, red eyes and hair.

I don't exercise this side of myself often, and with good reason. Usually, she rears her head with Jeaously; i long to see the world, but my health doesn't allow for it. And yet my brother and siter tour the world all the time, and they send pictures back to show off. i know i should be happy for them, but it calls to a longing in me, a need i will never be able to sate, and it burns me up. My sister was born healthy and has everything i would want from life... yet she isn't satisfied, wanting more money, a biggger house, a better car, etc. It just kills me as i would kill for her life, and i can't help but wonder why she was born healthy and i must suffer through the hell i go through. Why she was handed the good life and i'm fighting to survive.

hehe, but anywho, no worries about me. despite my earleir mopiness, I do like being me. I have had quite the life, and I would never have seen half the stuff i've seen if I had been born healthy. Hell, i likely never would have met abyss, and that would have been terrible.

Mine's... well, I think I said it before in the beginning of this thread. But I'll state it again: thought it up for Wiki as a kind of fitting name, now I use it when I can (it's usually taken). More interesting are my other usernames, which I don't think I've talked about.

Diztrakted: thought up on the spot when I made my hotmail account god knows how long ago, and in hindsight was a spot of genius. The misspelling actually makes the word all the more meaningful, it's the name I like the best.

ItsAGundam/ItsAGanmen: since it's a very rare name, I usually get this when nothing else works. It's a reference to a rather obscure video on Newgrounds called (roughly) the Aloe Vera Infomercial. The "ItsAGanmen" version came into existence after I watched TTGL.

ICCHANGOBOOM: Usually all caps, sometimes includes exclamation points. Another reference, this time to Angelic Layer. Just read the first volume and you'll get it ;).
