On this topic, me and my group of friends use the Hell series, and particularly 0, as a sort of "initiation". Basically, if someone has been hanging out with us for a long time and they haven&#39;t seen 0, they&#39;re not considered "One of us," until they do...

It might be cruel, it might be sadistic, and it might be practiced without regard to the general welfare of the population at large, but so far it hasn&#39;t been unsuccessful. I&#39;d say about 10% of people I&#39;ve shown it too think it&#39;s disgusting and should never have been created, and 90% think it&#39;s funny and awesome...despite that. ;D
