haha. Its hard to practice Japanese when you don&#39;t have any translation with it. And besides, most of the characters are either Hiragana or Kanji on that page. :P Katakana is used most for word and names other than Japanese. Although it also is used for some Japanese words, although not much.

Finnish is also considered to be one of the hardest languages to learn, like Dutch. I&#39;m Dutch myself.. but even we Dutch people make mistakes with our f**cked up exceptions with spelling ... It sucks that much... Because I&#39;m born here, of course the language is easy to learn, but still some sucky stuff with the spelling which nobody cares about .. I know there are languages which are just as hard to learn, or even harder, but Dutch is one of them :)



Yah it&#39;s funny because when I think about it. I know one of the hardest languages to learn. So I could learn anything.

oh you people don&#39;t say you know a hard language until you tried Lithuanian. No seriously i just can&#39;t explain what&#39;s hard, because EVERYTHING is. The only way that Japanese is harder than Lithuanian to learn is Kanji. I swer to you. We spend 12 years in school learning Lithuanian and 10 at most learning english. Our english exams are harder than those of english-speaking countries. They said that themselves on a visit once. And people score MORE at english than at lithuanian. how fcked up is that? :D Also, you can try latvian but it&#39;s not as hard as lithuanian since it&#39;s taken on quite a bit from the german language. Ok lithuanian example for ya:
Who? - lietuvis
to whom? - lietuviui
whose? - lietuvio
who? (but not in as somebody, see, english doesn&#39;t even have that kind of question) - lietuv?
with whom? - lietuviu
- lietuvi! (that&#39;s right there is NO QUESTION for this one)

also we have the kind of pronounciation that has no analogy in english (or any other european alnguage for that amtter) it&#39;s best desribed by "laying stresses on different letters to change the pronounciation"
ex. lets take a simple word - carrot - morka
who? - morka - the "o" is long. very long
with what? - morka - the "a" is short and the "o" is also shortened.
And that&#39;s just the start.

Ok, well Japanese isn&#39;t considered a hard language to learn though. Thats what my uncle said and he knows his languages.

This is what I&#39;ve been told as well, about Japanese. Apparently Spanish is rather easy to learn as well, and although very similar to Italian, Italian is reputed as MUCH harder.

No dude I didn&#39;t even have my camera. But I was in the resteraunt which is like 5 minz from my site. The town is like a big resort town. But anyway I&#39;m sitting in the resteraunt and like 50 japanese girls walk in. Almost all of them cute. It was awesome. So I head into town now everyday because they have cabins in town. I am at Riding Mountain National Park in Manitoba, Canada.
