I have STOIK Video Convertor, just the freeware one and I used it and like it a lot but now I can't really open it. It opens but then it automatically minimizes, and I think I need to use that to change the fps. Or if someone can suggest a free program that changes the fps (I need 23.976 fps). And how can I find out my videos fps? I couldn't find it in the properties.
Ok I THINK I can change the fps and turn the movie into an avi in Windows Movie Makers version 2.1 or 5.1 I dunno it says both. When I'm about to save my movie as a wmv it shows the setting like the files type and the fps. But I can't change them, I'm looking on how to change them but am not finding any awnsers, can someone tell me if you can change the fps in Windows Movie Maker or not, and if you can how? Also I found this on antoher forum "as far as i know there isnt a way to change the frame rate in wmm" soo any suggests on how else to change frame rate would be nice.
In short:
1. Suggest a free dowload that converts wmv to avi and/or changes fps without leaving a watermark
2. Suggest a way to change fps and make a vid a 640x480 avi file on windows movie maker
3. Suggest a way for me to get my Stoik Video convertor to work
