Since the "AMV Hell 0" (http://amvhell.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=551) subs haven't attracted the wrath of... anyone:
This is a stand alone subtitle file, in .srt file format, for "AMV Hell 3" that gives you:
Anime
Song
Artist
Editor
On screen for the first four seconds of every clip, I timed it to start at the frame the TV frame zips out of view.
