For the first round of "AMV Minis Challenge", I have a special Challenge for you all.
You must make a video with the theme of "AMV Hell".
Now, I don't mean to simply make a short and funny clip. Something so simple wouldn't be much fun at all!
Rather, I am looking for you to create clips that reference or parody things which have appeared in AMV Hell before.
Maybe you will expand upon a joke that has been explored previously, or perhaps you can make a full-on parody of a beloved clip, or maybe you will stick to something more simple, such as combining a new anime with an audio clip that has been used in the past.
Whatever you do, there needs to be a direct connection to something from AMV Hell's (or AMV Mini's) rich history.

Every two weeks, there will be a new "Challenge" for you to attempt!
Simply make a short video adhering to the theme of that round, and then a winner will be chosen from among all of the entries by viewers like you!

Current Challenges:
Challenge #1: AMV Hell (click for full details)
Entry Period: June 12 - July 9

Rules:
1. You may submit only 1 video per Challenge.
2. Videos MUST be 40 seconds or less in length. Less than 30 seconds is preferred.
3. Videos should adhere to the theme of the round. "Troll" videos, or videos which do not adhere to the spirit of the challenge may be rejected outright.
4. Videos must not be adult in nature. Strong language, nudity, overly sexual or ultra-violent material may be rejected.
5. You may not beg or solicit others to vote for your video. It is preferred (but not required) to keep your entry anonymous until after voting is complete.

Schedule:
Each Challenge will be open for entries for approximately 4 weeks.
A new Challenge will be announced every 2 weeks. (On Wednesdays)
Voting will begin 1 week after the Challenge closes, and last for 2 weeks.
The winner of the Challenge will be announced immediately when voting closes.
With this schedule, something new will be happening every Wednesday! So be sure to check back each week!

How to Submit:
- Acceptable formats: AVI, MP4, MKV. Any other formats, especially MOV or WMV will be rejected!
- You are encouraged to create your videos in 720p HD resolution.
- Upload your video to Dropbox. Click here for a tutorial for uploading your videos.

Some people seem to have a bit of trouble figuring out how to do it, so I have made this short picture guide.
First, you just need to register on http://www.dropbox.com, then sign into your account.

You can upload your file directly through the dropbox website.


After uploading, your file appears on the page, and you can right click on it and then choose to share the link.


A new page comes up which will have a dropbox bar across the top. Just press the share button here.


A small window pops up in the middle of the page. Click on "get link". This will copy the link to your clipboard.


Now you can just paste the link into the entry form!

While I do like listening to the songs in AMV Hell, what I look forward to more is the audio clips of quotes from movies and TV shows,
but mostly from movies.
I look forward to them so much that I would actually prefer an AMV Hell (or an AMV Mini) that had more audio clips of quotes from movies and TV shows (preferably from movies) than music.

Thus, I've created this thread for people to post lists of movies and TV shows they want to hear more quotes from in AMV Hell.
This can include movies and TV shows from which no quotes have been used.

You can also specify which particular quote you'd like to hear in AMV Hell, and what anime to use it with.

Let me start things off.

Here's a list of movies I'd like AMV Hell to use quotes from.
I'll probably update it later and add a list of TV shows.
