yes it's Bloody Good Time, and if it reminds you of TF2 in anything other than appearance then you kinda missed the point. I reminds me more of The Ship which is the last game these guys made but switching to the Source Engine let them be more stylistic with it

super meat boy, pretty easy dude

as for the ship, it kinda works, the game play is similar, you play as someone you have to kill your target. It's less tongue in cheek and much less fun with the idea though and upgrading to the source engine really helped
