Maybe I should do a "Me Talking" thingy too, since i used to make posts the length that would fill up one side of an a4 piece of paper. but then again i don't think my voice sounds good enough. Maybe it's just my mic, since i sound good (at least people say that) through my mobiles (yes, i did want to use PLURAL ,it's a ****ing part of my job) but when i chat to friends and hear the echo coming from their speakers I'm like "wtf?! that's me?!" but then it could be just the distortion of voice of going through my mic, through a crappy codec of the chat porgram , the speakers of my friend and back through his mic to my speakers. But whatever the cause I appear to be self-conscious about what my voice sounds like (on the computer at least)

...and tehre I go again with one of my unreadably long and boring posts. Hoo-****in-ray for me... again. I need beer.

As I told issi in PM, I've had my reasons for being offline. As my first of two major surgeries this year is fastly approaching, I've been spending less time online, and more time with my family and boyfriend Nick, just in case of the worst possible scenario. I know i'm likely worried for nothing, but I am worried all the same.

Not to mention all the odds and ends of life. I had to go in for emergency dental surgery. I didn't even know they had 'dental emrgencies' but I had one. I had a severe case of TMJ which has been making me sick for a while, and it finally excalated to the point where a hospiol trip was needed, and they sent me in for emergency treatment. I knew I was in pain, but I was still surprised. There's been other stuff too, but I won't bore you with it all.

suffice to say, the bitch is back ;)

Why can't things be as SIMPLE? I have spent all day trying to get lousy pieces of technology to work. Take my DS; i want to connect to the intenret. simple! it's supposed to be easy, set up to work nearly automatically so even retarded children can play. but no, my WEPA settings won't work with it. I try getting around the connection to the router with a USB connector, and it gets blocked still.

or take my vampire the masquerade: bloodlines game. I bought if off this site online, and it's supposed to come 'ready to play!" BS. I needed to downlaod 24 differentr files, unzip them, copy them to CD's, re-install the CD's, and it still doesn't work. I've tried patches, I've tried cracks, I've tried updates, but nothing works.

I don't know what god/deity/entity presides over technology, but he/she/hu clearly hates me.

I know the feeling. Fought a battle against my MP4 player today. It would receive files from my computer. I, however, won, in the end. It was very simple, after all. I just had to connect it to the computer (I realized that much) and then press the Play button for 3 seconds (wtf?). then it took them in without any trouble.

i'd like some advice. i'm going in for my first of two major surgeries this year on thursday. and there is the chance of me dying then. So, i've been working on writing a last will, and last goodbye's to my family in case of my death. I don't expect to die, but I want to be prepared just in case, you know?

My problem is with my old flame, Alex. For a time, she was my world, and to this day I believe her to be my one and only soulmate. But I messed up, and ended up hurting her really badly. I've not talked to her for a long time, and i'm debating writing her, trying to apologize one last time, try to make amends before i take this leap. my worry is that, if i did do this, i want it to be for her benefit, not mine. part of me wants to write her in the hopes of talking to her again, to have another chance with her, and that's delusional hope. i do want to apologize, but i'm not sure if it would make the situation worse, to remind her of me and the hurt i caused her.

if it were me, i'd want the chance to patch things up with someone... but then i've gotten everything backwards when it came to Alex. i want to make things right, to try to heal some of the hurt i caused, but i'm not sure if i can. am i being selfish in wanting to contact her? i don't know, and i'm too close to the situation to trust my own judgement.

Here is an idea: do not contact her yourself. Give us her contact information so we can tell her that she means that much to you. She will see that you really mean it and there will be a good chance that she will be touched by it. However, if you contact her yourself at all, then she will see that you using us is a desperate move trying to win her back.

That's just an idea, though.

And don't worry, you'll have plenty of time to get her back, since you won't be dying.

well GITS is good and code Geas is also pretty good, I didn't see all the way through Witchblade and I didn't like Afro Samurai: it had great animation but they forgot that you need story telling to make something good

but that isnt always easy for people, for me from just my lifes experiences nothing phases me anymore i mean i still feel emotion but nothing shocks me nothing anyone does shocks me and thats why i can stop myself getting worked up (most of the time) but for other people it's harder and is not always an option

i advize finding finding an outlet for ur anger i'm not sure what, u could punch ur pillow, find a hobby, ignore ur family, avoid them as much as possible i'm not really sure
