Yeah. In Wayland, there's a beach a 10 minute walk from my house. Even better, it's a lake, so it's actually warm in the summer and blissfully salt-free. I'll probably go there after I get to my house.

It's ****ing New England. I ranted about this months ago in the "where are you from" thread, but basically it never gets above 60 degrees Fahrenheit in the summer. So you have to wait for a 90 degree day to go swimming. And dodge all the crabs and seaweed and (the least fun in my opinion) the jellyfish.

Well I don't live by an ocean but the one by Vancouver is just straight rock so you cant really swim at the ocean in BC. But whenever I got to Cuba, Jamaica, or Mexico then yes the beaches are sweet. OH! When I was in Mexico last time I got stung hundreds of times by jellyfish. But they were really small ones so it didnt hurt or get me poisoned.

Oh ye of little background checks, those two countries are two of the best developed in the entire Caribbean. I&#39;ve been to both, and they&#39;re both very pleasant. Especially Costa Rica. But if you want something English speaking, try Belize.

Quite a lot. I think it helps that I never read RG Veda or most of their other stuff. So it&#39;s all pretty new for me. I tend to avoid stuff that&#39;s as massively shoujo as most of their stuff is, so I&#39;m free from "same old, same old" syndrome.

I did read a volume or so at the library once, and it was nice to get to know the Witch a little better, but it&#39;s obviously not required to understand it.

Oh, perhaps useful to know: I&#39;m reading the tankuban form as published by Del Rey. Del Rey is basically THE BEST publisher for manga ever because of the comprehensive nature of it&#39;s reference sections. When reading Tsubasa, I often refer to the back of the book in order to understand references to their previous series.
