Regarding Samurai Champloo, I didn't feel like torrenting a bunch of episodes and converting them for my PS3 or PSP, so I just bought it.

Yep, I heard that anime Blu-Rays are usually quite expensive.

On a different note, Funimation apparently releases upscaled Blu-Rays of SD shows, occasionally, to get more money out of the poor saps who can't tell the difference.
Though at the very least, they put a disclaimer on the back telling you what format the show was produced in.
Yet they don't tell you that FMA Brotherhood is just 540p...

Eh, it's not the best deal in terms of value. Thriteen uncensored episodes, a few extra episode things that aren't even subbed, OST, Drama CD, trailers, TV spots, and Fate/ Zero Animation Material. However, it was a great deal for a Type-Moonfag with some money to spend. $370 for the first half and I'm willing to pay $370 for the second. Honestly, I wasn't surprised by the price. Just look at the Kara no Kyoukai films.

Sure, I could download that, too, but I don't want to sit in front of my PC to read a book, wait for my PSP to render pages, or have to buy an iPad or any other sort of tablet, so it's easier for me to just purchase them from a book store. Well a good number of us download anime due to the fact of the cost, but it is nice to own favorites. Books, manga, or comics, there is something to the fact of having the feel of a book and the paper in your hands that can not be replaced by a electronic device.

hey guys guess what. i just found a new apartment, the only thing i need to do now is make a 300$ deposit and sign the contract and everything will be done :D :D it a 2 1/2 , cost 460$ the electricity, heat, a fridge and a oven is included :D the only down side is the bathroom is ****ing small. if i sit on the toilet bowl i can put my feet in the shower and for the shower it just a simple hole in the ground. if i was 300 pound i could not fit in the shower.

Not much. For the most part, Uryuu and Caster's shenanigans, Gilgamesh pretty much saying, "Imma demolish your ****ing vagina, Saber", and that's pretty much it. Compared to Zero's manga, Uryuu and Caster's anime counterparts are babies. Kinda disappointed that we didn't get this in the anime.
