So I decided to try out this MOBA called "Dragons and Titans" today. Was hoping it had more than just the dragons and the titans......it didn't.

The gameplay is terrible, with **** controls and a cluster**** of a map (I understand the dragons can't fly above exceptionally tall terrain and ****, but can't the map account for that and show me where to go regardless?). The balance is non-existant; one of the dragons has a laser-beam breathe that's impossible to dodge AND 1-hit kills everything. As for the graphics....hoo boy. Looks like they made the game in the early 2000's. Maybe even the '90's. This is excusable for games actually released in that timeframe....but this is a game released just a few months ago. It shouldn't have decades-old graphics. The ONLY thing the game did right was "yay dragons!"...which just isn't enough for me despite my strong love for dragons. Oh, and cash shop items. Don't forget the cashgrab!

Don't get me wrong, the game was enjoyable.....but just barely. Unless you absolutely, positively have to play a MOBA with dragons, this game just isn't worth the download.

Well, Steam trading cards......but are those really worth it? You can't even collect them from just playing the game. You have to spend money in the cash shop. A lot of money. $50 minimum to get the badge (assuming you don't get repeats....and don't just buy the cards off the community market)

There is a solution for the JP VO DLC not working for Drakengard 3.
Just re-download everything. The fault was apparently in the distribution of the digital editions. Everything that you download from now on from the store or your download list has been patched and fixed.

Just finished playing Borderlands....and honestly wasn't all that impressed. Sure, it was fun, but I don't think I enjoyed it as much as everyone else has. Music was bland and the story was unimaginitave, even for a shooter. I've played Call of Duty games that had better story than this.

My first major complaint would be the atmosphere of the game. Maybe I'm just weird, but I don't find junk cities all that exciting in games. And this wasn't a single junk city in a game filled with other, richer cities. This was a whole goddamned PLANET of junk. The only "rich" place I saw was the military base....and even that was pretty junky. I guess the alien ruins kinda-sorta count too, since they look like they USED to be rich.

My second, and probably biggest complaint are the enemies....or rather, the LACK of enemies. I can understand killing the same **** over and over when running through the same damn area, but throughout the whole damn game? That's just lazy design. Sure, the enemies were SLIGHTLY more powerful as you went along.....but it was still the same old **** over and over and over and over and over and over....... Worst part is they didn't even bother with pallette swaps. It was literally the exact same enemy, only a little bit stronger. Woohoo. Even most of the bosses were rehashed versions of the regular enemies. Easy to see humans being largely the same (and even then, you could've used a LOT more different clothing styles), but couldn't they have at least come up with more monsters?

Another complaint: the difficulty. WAAAAAAAAY too easy, ESPECIALLY after you get the vehicle. Probably 60% of the enemies I fought in between the beginning and end of the game were "fought" by running them over with the car with no effort whatsoever (except the effort to press the "w" button and move the mouse around a bit. SO HARD). Sure, the vehicle took some damage....but nowhere near enough to be of any concern. Especially considering that the vehicle can recharge health. It's slow, but it recharges, and it's not that difficult to find a safe place for repair. Even some of the bosses were "fought" this way. Only real fighting took place in areas where the car couldn't go.

Finally: the bugs/glitches. Or just one, really. There were a LOT of times where I found myself stuck in terrain that I really shouldn't find myself stuck in. Often it happened when sticking close to the walls, but it also happened a lot OUT IN THE OPEN WITH NO POTHOLE/BUMPS/ETC WHATSOEVER ANYWHERE NEAR THE AREA. Usually this was easily resolved just by simply moving around in random directions until you got unstuck, but there were a few areas where I had to outright exit the game and re-enter to respawn back at the start of the map.

Overall, the experience was about the same amount of enjoyment as a Call of Duty game. Fun, yes, but not by much. Nowhere near enough to warrant excitement for pre-ordering the next installment, or even playing it shortly after release. Hell, I'll probably wait at least 6 months before installing and moving on to Borderlands 2.

After all the hype for Borderlands 1 proved false, I'm not going to blindly assume the hype for Borderlands 2 is 100% justified. Plus, I'm a bit burned out on shooter/war games after the stretch of Brink, Endwar, Battlefield 3, and now Borderlands.

Revisited by a classic... the fact that this was rare's last game before crossing over to microsoft, shigeru miyamoto of nintendo didn't have a thing for storylines in video games, felt like they were not the inportant focus, but then rare decided to make fun of the concept of video games by introducing missions that didn't lead to conker's main goal, and that was to get home. So after kicking Lysandre's and Team Flare's (worst team EVER....except maybe the ruby/emerald guys. haven't played those games yet, so can't say for sure) asses and making it to Couriway Town, Professor Sycamore mentions some sort of treasure he's hidden in the town for me. Being the treasure hunter I am, I decide to spend 10 minutes seeing if I'm missing anything before looking up the location on Gamefaqs. Go to the bench where the treasure is located........and it's a message. Not even addressed to me. A message from Sycamore in the past to Sycamore in the future (kinda funny how the letter starts with "whoever's reading this" but then ends with mentioning future Sycamore specifically....)




.....I just got trolled by Professor Sycamore.....



At least he made it up to me with that huge parade at the end of the game.

It's not the hardest game out there, but it's pretty enough and fun.

Star Wars Empire At War - Forces of Corruption:
I was only able to get this game working properly on my new Win8.1 PC, despite having a WinXP PC that was textbook level for its hardware/software needs. Anyways.
Still, after half a decade or whatever, it's a pretty fun game.
The ground stuff isn't as fun as the space stuff, but both are fun enough that I'm actually going though EACH map to beat. -Warning: The AI cheats, I don't know how, but the AI cheats.

A Story About My Uncle:
It's like the world of Myst went underground, with the game play of a first person Spider-Man, but based on puzzles not combat.
It's...it's just AMAZING.
Worth far more than what I paid for it.

A Walk In The Dark:
You play as a cat trying to save its owner...yeah, it's one of THOSE games.
It's got that 'dark and foreboding' feel of Limbo, but not nearly as hard which is a good thing.

Those games don't directly reference the charles whitmans, erics/dylans, and James Holmes' of the world. That said, i do like how the marks fell for the marketing campaign. The game is basically bordering on satire and people are eating this **** up. Hats off to those developers for having the balls to do this.

Blizzard really needs put some actual ****ing effort into creating the characters for Overwatch. The cinematic trailer has four total characters. Who are they?
Reaper, edgelord with double shotguns, black smoke, and has dialogue comparible to "psssh...nothin personnel...kid..."
Winston, who is yet another mild-mannered smart gorilla.
Tracer, the spunky speedster
Widowmaker, who was given a nice ass instead of a personality.
That's four total characters in the cinematic trailer, three of which have the most expected and cliched personalities that are played completely straight without even a smidgen of nuance, and the fourth is only a character in the loosest definition of the word.
The Gameplay trailer features the rest of the cast, but with all of the same problems and then some. Honestly, though, that might be because the gameplay trailer is put together by a ****ing moron who should be blacklisted.
Every character just delivers a one-liner then ****s off from the rest of the video. That doesn't show me, at all, the characters that we'll be playing with, outside the fact that a lot of the characters are criminally monotonous and/or have a foreign accent.
The art is follows the same issues as well, utilizing exhausted silhouettes and forms that are egregiously abused (Pharah, Winston, Reaper, Mercy, Symmetra, and Tracer are the biggest offenders ). Most of it is borderlining into Wesley Burt levels of hackneyed art, with Hanzo's design being straight up Wesley Burt-tier. And whoever gave the okay to the sentries really needs to be outed from the art department.

Not to get into the SJW ****, but Anthony Burch is such a ****ing hypocrite (this should be common knowledge at this point).

Considering this is Blizzard, I can already see the massive flood of obnoxious marketing. I'm really skeptical about the class balancing, though.
There's the dwarf that constructs Not!Sentries, that robot that can turn into a sentry, and you've got Symmetra who constructs everything else. In of itself, that's two construction roles and a support role, all of which bleed into one of the other's job.
There's the tanky berserker with a stationary bubble barrier and the tanky berserker with a mobile barrier.
There's the sniper that uses a rifle and there's the sniper that can see through walls and shoot ricocheting arrows.
There's a dual wielding teleporter with speed and a dual wielding teleporter with stealth.
There's far too much bleed-over in these roles and I find it hard to believe that it will have the rock<paper>scissors balance of TF2 (before the weapon updates, at least).
They also really need to take a step back and laugh at themselves. No way in hell is Reaper going to be entertaining unless you stop playing him so straight. Same goes for all the other characters, really.

I've followed along with this project from afar, but haven't made the jump in. I was a huge SSB 64 guy, but never got into melee. It didn't feel right. To say the controls were too sensitive is an overstatement, but at the same time, the action and character animations felt like they were happening in molasses. While they did add a lot of OG Nintendo stuff that intrigued me pre-launch, once I got my hands on it I felt like they got too "cutesy" with it. Hard to explain.

I'm interested to hear what you think though, Zarx. Let us know.

Need' a few opinions. I've got enough cash to either get the new Super Smash Brothers or Bayonetta 2 (which also includes 1) this week. My internet's fast enough to watch YouTube videos without hiccups but SMB online play might not go smoothly, making me lean toward Bayonetta. I guess at the moment I'm trying to figure out which one will give me the superior single player experience, unless SMB can be played online with crappy internet.

This is literally the sole reason I waited so long for it to go on sale on Steam (and for me to also have the money at the same time....) rather than just buy a used PS3 copy at Gamestop.

I'll probably still play through the "vanilla" version once just to see what it's "supposed" to be like, but after that I'm modding the hell out of this game! I likely won't do much, if any, sidequests during the vanilla playthrough.

I'm a solid 60 hours in, haven't advanced the plot beyond the first meeting with the grey beards. Just been doing any and all side quests I can and nicking everything that isn't nailed down to fund my incessant training at the mage college. Maybe it's because I rarely play games anymore, but I haven't noticed any real impeding glitches beyond a few quest triggers failing to initiate (i ran around for an hour or two trying to un-vampire myself, only to find the reason I couldn't complete the ritual was because the dude wasn't standing close enough to the trigger. I had to start a fight and lure him in range and then the dialogue kicked in like it should have.) I'm really enjoying the experience, so not sure how much better mods can make it, but will look into them for the second play through when I go for melee/two handed build.

The fan-made patches make the game run a LOT smoother.
There's a mod that actually turns Skyrim...tropical...it's kind of cool.
Another expands the leveling up system to be a LOT more useful.

Oh, wow. Had no idea there was such an extensive mod community out there. I'll definitely look into that, especially the leveling system expansion. Guess I'm still used to the era when all you had to do was take the game out of the box, put the cartridge in the console and go.

I've had several quests rendered unfinishable through no fault of my own (most notably The Forsworn Conspiracy, which now I have to carry around the journals and notes because "you can't store quest items" for some ****ing reason). Had to load prior saves on two occasions because critical items weren't found one who they should have been found on after looting, which is two times more than that should ever happen in a soundly put together game. Regardless, I'm still enjoying the experience, but damn, I'm a 100%er, and it's going to kill me at the end to see a few side quests I left unfinished.

just finished far cry 4. not a bad game. the plot is extremely predictable but it not the kind of game you play for the story. the shooting is solid except for some bug like invincible enemy or somehow loosing all my ammo after a cut scene

skyrim. Dayum. I loaded up my character the other day, and was immediately attacked by the guards of Whiterun. I immediately quit and selected as just before save, and went about my business. I returned that hold again today, and the guards hit me with a 15000 gold fine. I tried to tell them that I have no idea what the heck I did to earn their ire, but they would not accept my amnesia story. I still have no idea wtf I did. ironically, if I had stolen something, I happen to be doing a mission where all of my items were taken from me, so even though they got their bounty, they got their money's worth but they never got their items back!

Fallout 3's biggest offense is just being so unpolished and falling into the same rut that most other RPGs have. Ultimately, the morality choices always fall into a bogus area of "this is right, this is wrong" and, largely, there's no reason not to play as a paragon of sorts, as you are penalized to hell and back for being a bad boy. Furthermore, the game's treatment of the Brotherhood as the good guys and the Enclave as the bad guys is incredibly shallow when compared to the rest of the series. Certain choices and speech checks in the game are unintentionally stupid (Convincing a computer to kill itself, for example). The gunplay is absolutely atrocious, the DC area is a cluster****, the metro system is a massive labyrinth and makes traveling a chore, the start of the game is so long that it really detracts from wanting to make a new character, there isn't much variety to be found in how you play the game (you always go to Megaton, you always take mostly the same quests, and so on), the game requires DLC (Broken Steel) to fix its ****ty ending, most of the DLC is ultimately garbage (The Pitt was fantastic, though), and so on.
You should instead give Fallout New Vegas a shot. It starts really quick, there's a large variety of quests, many different paths to take in the game, more in-depth morality choices and accompanying effects, and so on. Everything Fallout 3 does, Fallout New Vegas does better.
Fallout 2 is still the best, though.

Wow. the4ten, I would recommend you ignore backmask, because he is apparently a massive perfectionist.

On steam the Fallout 3: Game of the Year edition (contains all the add-ons) is 20$, or you can get F3 by itself for 10$. Fallout NV has the exact same pricing scheme, 20 or 10.

Is FNV the better-made game? Yes. Unquestionably, though since you have played Skyrim, you know that all Bethesda games come with a VERY healthy amount of bugs, glitches, and crashes unless you download mods and stuff to fix em, which both FNV and F3 have aplenty.

Which has the better story? Fallout 3. Unquestionably. Fallout 3 has a good "Dad escaped locked-down community, you must leave to find him, and while you're out looking you stumble into a quest to change the lives of everyone in the DC wasteland" story, and its setting in the "DC ruins" looks super iconic and the music plays off the setting PERFECTLY. FNV has good music too, but "old southwest twang" and "las vegas" aren't exactly the most iconic of sounds, with the exception of some dean martin. The story in FNV is epic, on paper, but your character literally has no background. you're just some freaking dude. They had to release an add-on to give your character more background, and THAT is some of the most confusing, ridiculous monologuing backstory-ing ever. I've played through it a number of times, and I'm still not 100% sure of it. The setting of FNV is... well, it's a desert. It has a tiny, TINY las vegas in it, and then lots and lots of desert. What FNV does really well though is gives you an awesome amount of choice in how the game ends. there are 4 or so endings depending on the faction you support, plus a lot of the decisions you make can have epic consequences, especially with the DLC.

Backmask's other concerns-

Travel- dude, it's a ****ing city that got HIT WITH ATOMIC BOMBS. Any ****ing urban planning they did was kind of shot to hell. Besides which, just like Skyrim, any time you locate a "place", you can fast travel to it at any time, making travel as simple as finding it one time. They call it exploration, it's kind of a thing people like to do.

Brotherhood of Steel- can't speak to this, since Fallout 3 was my first exposure to the franchise, but it makes sense to me... they're a geographically separated off-shoot of a constitutionally unfriendly group, whose leader and upper-echelon started to empathize with the plight of the common man and so decided to change their primary goal while still following the basic tenets (it's not like they're going around handing out laser rifles to the commoners or anything).

Ending- Bad ending? matter of opinion dude, I see nothing wrong with it, at least they had one. So many of these open-world games don't have an ending at all, really (did finishing skyrim's main storyline change anything about the world? anything? did seeing the civil war to the end functionally change anything? a little, but not a whole lot.)

DLC- Each DLC adds on whole new areas and mini-storylines and are worth hours of play. You can probably rush through mothership zeta fairly quickly, and Point Lookout was a little silly. But anchorage was fun, and broken steel was great. The Pitt, I personally didn't really like and skipped the last time I played the game.


My final point- GET THEM BOTH. they're both fun games, taking the salt of bethesda's habitually buggy programming out of the equation. With either game, I highly recommend you ask for modding advice. Gettign some mods is 100% necessary, imo. A lot improve the graphics, and some are needed to fix a lot of bugs and such.

Backmask is correct, he hasn't said anything you won't hear from a billion players, but I want to add my own two cents seeing as I like both games.

I had fun with Fallout 3, thereas as some point on New Vegas I'd been playing for 60 hours and just wanted it to end, so rushed to ending, only to find I'd completed so many side quest, (that link to ending) it became a curb stomb, with me basically walking along while npcs kill everything (I guess that's good, having npcs you help coming to aid you at the end, but in my case it almost ruined the ending battle - not the ending, but the actual fighting on the dam).

There's FAR more in NV map and the Fallout 3 Capital City in F3 is a mess getting around, but at the same time Fallout 3's map just seemed to make more sense. In Fallout 3, you can exit the Vault and run straight across the map, you can even bypass most of the story by "accidentally" finding your missing father, instead of following the story. New Vegas on the other hand, looks more open at first, but you've got a north passage swarming with death claws and you basically move south, then to that town where the Romans are killing people then around the mountains, then northwards to Vegas. Again, as I said, NV's the side quests actually tie back into the main story, whereas Fallout 3 you bump into quests and events and then you move on.

Music wise, both games have very limited music, but Fallout 3's doesn't seem to get on your nerves, with repeats, whereas it was almost a meme, in Vegas, how players were sick of the songs repeating so damn much. "She's hacking and wacking and hacking"

Played NV with all DLC and the DLC missions were so long I ended up leaving 2 of them (Longest Road was painfully long and science lab one was decent). Fallout 3 I only played the core game, so no DLC or fixed ending for me

To Note:
I own all the Fallout games, ONLY FINISHED FALLOUT 3 AND NEW VEGAS.

*EDIT* In Fallout 3 I VATS everything, whereas in NV I ended up shooting normally which was a bit boring at times.

<rant>So i'm 20 hours in to Fallout 3 GOTY and I wish I'd played this before Skyrim. I think I would be enjoying it a lot more if I wasn't continually making comparisons between the two. By this same playtime in Skyrim I was eagerly exploring the map, slaughtering wild animals with conjure+destruction magic but still fearful whenever I'd see the circling shadow of a dragon. Right now in Fallout I'm afraid to travel at night and haven't strayed at all from specific side quest map points, because when I do, I catch a rocket launcher out of ****ing nowhere that ragdolls me instantly. Is this a realistic result? Yes. But we're also talking about a game with heavily armed green super mutants wielding mini guns, so a little instant-death-leeway would be appreciated. Also, the fact I can't even attempt to unlock a hard safe/computer terminal because my lockpicking/science isn't level 75? Sure, I guess that means I'm to remember the safe/terminal location for a return later when I do have the proper stats, but this takes my decision away. A few times early on in Skyrim I'd come across a master lock and say "**** it, I'll give it a shot" after donning my lockpicking enhanced spoils and off I went, watching my lockpicks snap like twigs. But when I finally got the ****ing thing open? I didn't care it was only some modest gold and a piss weak iron sword. I accomplished something. This brings me back to the first sentence, in that this small niggle might be something Bethesda realized between the time they made Fallout 3 & Skyrim. Something they improved. So all in all, at least at this point, I feel like I'm playing the unpolished and buggy Skyrim beta when the story and atmosphere could have been something I really enjoyed had I tackled it first. </rant>

I had to go in and update a few of the game files just so it would play nice with Windows 7 64bit. You can imagine my surprise when I couldn't even make it through my characters own birth scene without getting dumped to desktop. It'll still crash every now and then, mostly when there're more than a hand full of enemies on screen taking turns assaulting my face with whatever heavy weapon they're carrying at the time, but I've addressed that with hard saves every 10 minutes or so.

(before I list my mods, let me begin by saying that my philosophy with mods is Less is Better. The closest it comes to the original product, the better. VERY rarely I'll try out a total conversion, but that's for like, a star wars skin for a space strategy game. For fallout and skyrim, the only things I add in are patches, graphical upgrades, and music- I personally don't like to add in weapons or items because I feel it unbalances it or detracts from the original ambiance)

EVE - Energy Visuals Enhancements - This mod makes anything involving energy (lasers, fire, explosions, etc) look much better and behave better with the environment. I think it also adds one or two items, but not much and even then it keeps with the setting pretty well.

Fellout- removes that godawful green tinge from EVERYTHING, and actually gives you a decent looking sky and lighting. Night is actually even MORE disturbing now, as it gets REALLY dark.

Unofficial Fallout Patch- self-explanatory, at least in my experience it gets rid of 90% of the crashes and other glitches, bugs, errors, etc.

GNR Enhanced- adds a WHOLE bunch more songs to GNR's repetoire. As much as I like the base music playlist, after a few hundred hours of play, you kinda want more.

CASM- a save file manager, this actually eliminates a HUGE amount of crashing, bugs, and game-breaking glitches that are all caused by the original game's tendency to simply overwrite your original save. CASM basically just makes a new save file entirely, which you'd think would be obvious, but apparently not. Believe me, after using CASM, I will never play FNV or F3 ever again without it installed. Probably the second most important mod on this list after the unofficial patch.

Other mods I know of but don't use-

FWE - Fallout Wanderer's Edition- This is Fallout 3: Hardcore Mode, and will prepare you for the hardcore mode option inherent in Fallout New Vegas- basically, you need to eat, drink, and sleep to survive. Plus it adds in a ton of other ****. Personally I felt it was too much, and while I like the hardcore mode in FNV, I wasn't used to it in F3 so I don't care for this mod much.

NMC Texture packs - I think this caused crashed for me for some reason, but I'm a newb, otherwise I think it adds good graphical upgrades

You know what's super interesting about Let's Go Sunning? I really liked the voice of the singer, and thought it was vaguely familiar, so I looked it up... but get this, NOBODY knows who she is. That song was taken from a ****ty 60s nude-beach movie written by a ****ball director. This is amazing to me. And a shame, too. It is (well, was the first 80-110 times or so) a good song and she does have a very alluring voice. Oh, llama, as a quick aside, this is my first moral choice game, and I feel crippled by it. The character response options are so overly goodie goodie or ****ty that i'm left with a "huh, i don't really want to choose either of these responses, but i have pretty good karma so... meh. I'll just roll with that." So, how much does your karmic status change the outcome of the game? Is it worth playing through one way and then turning around and doing it the opposite? Thanks for all of your input on this.

Also, I'm already looking for a game once this one is over. I'm thinking Witcher 2 (have heard good things about it as well as the upcoming Witcher 3.) Anyone?

it doesn't affect it one way or the other, really, you still get the same choices along the way, you're not locked in to any path. If you blow up megaton (I hope I'm not spoiling that, you should probably have already gotten than quest), you get an apartment in another city, but personally I like megaton more as it's kind of more centrally located. Actually, last time I played the game, a few months ago, I blew up megaton but I still used its ruins as a major hub for stashing gear and talking with the traders who kept going there.

But yeah, there is a major slant towards goodie two-shoes.

Nah, you didn't spoil a thing, i saved megaton and have my home base there. I spent so few points on strength in the beginning that I quickly realized unless I was selling absolutely everything, i was going to need a place to stash it, so took the first opportunity at a home and regular trading post that i could. (I went S2 P6 E4 C3 I9 A9 L7) Also, the mods you suggested are top notch. Thank you, sir.

What was the output file that you had? Its been a while since I done that but you might just be able to add or change the extension, I know I still have a folder of some files I extracted and I was able to open them with a media player of your choice.

The only extraction choice it gave me was called "RAW". I could see each file however was different in size so the data was there.

The SDstyle stems from tradition, if you will. When the series first started back in 1991 for the Gameboy, there came to be a question of how to render these machines in such a resolution while still maintaining the ability to recognize them. These SD designs would be able to present these machines at the Gameboy's resolution while still being able to maintain the machine's general form. The SD designs quickly became a part of the franchise's identity and were further implemented regardless of any technical limitation. There exist other benefits to the design philosophy as well. Seeing a full-sized Gunbuster stand equal to, say, a GM is rather grating. The SD designs, in this regard, act to streamline all of the included designs and add to consistency.
There have been games to not utilize the style, however, such as Shin Super Robot Wars, which was really bad in almost every regard, the Masoukishin series, which is not considered to be a part of the Super Robot Wars series, and the Scramble Commander games, which use entirely different gameplay.

Now, I can see why people are upset about companies removing footage of games, seeing as how the specific play-through is impossible without a player and it's like trying to copyright footage of a guy driving a car simply because your company manufactured said car, but why do people continue to use YouTube when they know it's nonsensical with its copyright terms? I can sort of see Let's Players getting upset, but honestly, trying to make a career from LPing is so volatile and risky, I believe that it should be expected to backfire, seeing how as for every successful Angry Joe or PewDiePie, there are 200 guys that receive ~50 views per Minecraft video. Now, I bet some of you are thinking "what about the guys that do it for fun?" to which I respond with "if you're doing it for fun, why are you using YouTube?" There are many better sites that provide the same service. Better yet, if you want to have "fun" that badly while also wanting people to see your content with no strings attached, doing your own web hosting is fairly cheap, and clearly, if you can afford the correct materials needed for proper recording, i.e. a good microphone, the kind of capture device needed to make footage not look terrible, and an expensive processor for rendering videos in less time than 8 hours, I assume you can also afford to set up a website.

Actually, I'm not playing SEGA games and ATLUS games anymore due to banned me for no reasons. So I'm boycotting SEGA and ATLUS. First, I have boycotted ATLUS back in 2012, then second is SEGA back in 2014. Right now, I have supported Namco Bandai, Square Enix, Konami, Take-Two Interactive (such as Rockstar Games and 2K Games series), and Sony because I'm the PlayStation gamer. When you put aside the potential to earn money, the large userbase, and the supposed cheapness of using the site, what advantages does YouTube offer over a different host such as Daily Motion or the aforementioned independent hosting that is becoming cheaper and cheaper. Does he really care if some people that don't even understand the concepts of nittaku and abare watch it? They won't appreciate it anyway. After dumping 1700 USD (minimum) on his computer, capture card, PlayStation 3, arcade stick, high speed internet connection, and Sony Vegas, does the fact that YouTube is a free host even become a relevant point to bring up? At this point, we've seen that he has enough disposable income to set up the jimmypwns.com server and buy said domain name. After all of this sunk time, money, and effort, does it even matter that Sega might go after his videos if he puts them on YouTube?

Is anybody here into Side-Scrolling Shoot 'em ups, aka shmups? I'm talking about games such as Gradius, R-Type, Thunder Force, Touhou, and anything made by Toplan, Raizing, or Cave. Personally, shmups are my favorite types of games these days, though I prefer the older, NON-bullet-hell ones over the ones that ARE bullet-hell.

Yes, I play vertical scrolling shooters. I've been playing through Ketsui: Kizuna Jigoku Tachi and Ikaruga, but due to my poor skills and policy to never ever credit feed, I haven't made much progress. I did manage to beat Galaga '90, though.

I heard the gaming news about Batman: Arkham Knight get M (Mature) rating by ESRB like in Final Fantasy Type-0 did. Also Batman Arkham Knight is the first Batman game series get M (Mature) rating by ESRB alongside with Final Fantasy Type-0 which is also first Final Fantasy get M (Mature) rating by ESRB.
